Դաշնակցական նախարարների ու մարզպետերի նշանակումով կատարվել է իշխանության բռնազավթում

ՀՀ հիմնական օրենքի երկրորդ հոդվածով սահմանված է, որ «Հայաստանում իշխանությունը պատկանում է ժողովրդին և վերջինս էլ այդ իշխանությունն իրականացնում է ազատ ընտրությունների, հանրաքվեների, ինչպես նաև Սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ու պաշտոնական անձանց միջոցով: Իշխանության յուրացումը որևէ կազմակերպության կամ անհատի կողմից հանցագործություն է»: Եթե հավատալու լինենք ՀՀ ԿԸՀ պաշտոնական տվյալներին , մեր երկրում ԱԺ ընտրություններին մասնակցած քաղաքացիների (այսինքն՝ Սահմանադրության մեջ հիշատակվող ժողովրդի) մեծամասնության հստակ կամարտահայտության համաձայն ՀՀԿ-ն ստացավ կառավարություն ձևավորելու մենաշնորհ, որից սեփական ցանկությամբ կամ քմահաճույքով հօգուտ որևէ այլ քաղաքական ուժի՝ անգամ մասնակիորեն հրաժարվելու իրավունքը նա չունի:
Կրկին, եթե հավատալու լինենք ՀՀ ԿԸՀ պաշտոնական տվյալներին, կարող ենք հստակ ասել, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ ընտրություններին մասնակցած մեր ժողովրդի բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը չի վստահել Դաշնակցությանը և չի ցանկացել, որպեսզի վերջինս որոշիչ դերակատարում ունենա Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքում, այնպես որ այդ կուսակցությունը հազիվ կարողացել է հաղթահարել սահմանված հինգ տոկոսի շեմը: Եթե խնդրին մոտենանք ըստ էության, ապա հուշագրի ստորագրումով և դաշնակցական նախարարների ու մարզպետների նշանակումով կատարվել է իշխանության բռնազավթում, որն օրենքով խստագույնս պատժելի արարք է:
Ինքս կուսակցական չեմ և կուսակցական նախասիրություններ չունեմ, այդ առումով շահագրգռված եմ, որպեսզի պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելուն պատրաստ և համարժեք կադրային, նյութական ու բարոյական ներուժ ունեցող կուսակցությունները ակտիվ գործելու լիարժեք հնարավորություն ունենան, բայց դա չի կարելի անել ընտրողի թիկունքում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր պարունակող գործարք կնքելու ճանապարհով:
