Մենք հաճախ ենք լսում, որ այս կամ այն ուտելիքը թունավոր է։ Որոշ ուտելիքներ, որոնք մենք օգտագործում ենք, իսկապես թունավոր կարող են լինել, եթե դրանք սխալ ուտենք կամ չափազանց շատ քանակով ուտենք։ Արդյունքը կարող է սարսափելի լինել՝ լուրջ հիվանդություններ կամ անգամ մահ։ Իհարկե դա չի նշանակում, որ պետք է դրանք հանել սննդակարգից, պարզապես պետք է իմանալ՝ ինչպես դրանք օգտագործել։
Կարտոֆիլ
Բոլորին սովոր կարտոֆիլը ի սկզբանե աճեցնում էին իբրեւ դեկորատիվ բույս։ Իսկ ավելի ուշ սկսեցին դրա տերեւներն ուտել, այնինչ իր մեջ պարունակող սոլարին տեսակի թույնի շնորհիվ այդ տերեւները մահացու էին լինում։ Հիմա բուն կարտոֆիլը, բնականաբար, անվնաս է, սակայն եթե այն արդեն փչացել է՝ կանաչել, դեն նետեք այն, հակառակ դեպքում կարող եք թունավորվել։
Ֆուգու ձուկ
Այս ձուկն ամենահայտնի թունավոր ձուկն է, որը սակայն սնունդի մեջ օգտագործվում է։ Սակայն այս ձուկը միայն մասնագետ-խոհարարները պետք է պատրաստեն։ Եթե մի փոքր սխալ պատրաստեն այն ձուկը՝ սխալ մաքրեն, այն մահացու կլինի ուտողի համար։
Գերչակի յուղ
Գերչակի յուղն օգտագործվում է սննդի մեջ, ինչպես նաեւ իբրեւ փորը թուլացնող միջոց։ Սակայն սերմերը, որոնցից ստանում են յուղը, իր մեջ շատ լուրջ թույն է պարունակում, եթե այն չմշակեն։ Բարեբախտաբար, այս յուղը ստանալիս պարտադիր սերմերը մշակման են ենթարկվում եւ այդ տեսքով թունավոր նյութեր այլեւս չեն պարունակում։
Նուշ
Նուշը հայտնի է ողջ աշխարհում, այն բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկանիշներ ունի։ Սակայն վայրի բնության մեջ չի կարելի նուշի չմշակված սերմերն ուտել, դրանք թունավոր նյութեր են պարունակում։ Այն նուշը, որ մենք ուտում ենք, թունավոր նյութեր չի պարունակում, քանի որ վերամշակված է։

Բալը բավական օգտակար միրգ է, սակայն դրա կորիզը թունավոր նյութեր է պարունակում։ Իհարկե, լրջորեն թունավորվելու համար օրական 100-ից ավելի կորիզ պետք է կուլ տալ, այդուամենայնիվ, խուսափեք կորիզները կուլ տալուց։
