Երբ երկուսի միջև սեր է ծնվում, նրանք այլևս ոչ ոքի չեն նկատում շրջապատում, չեն հագենում միմյանց նայելուց, և նրանց ոչ մի խորհուրդ կամ օրենք պետք չէ… բայց ինչպե՞ս երկար տարիներ պահպանել փոխըմբռնումն ու ջերմությունը հարաբերություններում:
Ներկայացնենք 5 կանոն իրական և երջանիկ սիրո համար:
1. Հրաժարվե՛ք կարծրատիպային հարաբերություններից
Ցանկանում եք արձակուրդներին կամ ամանորյա տոներին մեկնել Եգիպտոս, սակայն բավականաչափ գումար չունե՞ք. մոռացեք Եգիպտոսի մասին, մնացեք տանը և տոները դիմավորեք արտասովոր կերպով, կրեատի’վ եղեք:
2. Մի’ փորձեք սիրելիի մեջ թերություններ գտնել, սիրեք նրան այնպիսին, ինչպիսին կա:
Պետք չէ իդեալական, հեքիաթային կերպար ստեղծել, որն իրականում գոյություն չունի: Ինչքան շուտ հասկանաք, որ իրական մարդն անթերի չէ, այնքան ավելի լավ կհասկանաք միմյանց:
3. Սիրո մեջ դուք ստանում եք այնքան, որքան տալիս եք, ինչպես ասում է անգլիական ասացվածքը
Կյանքում, սակայն, երբեմն այլ կերպ է լինում. մեկը տալիս է ամեն ինչ, իսկ փոխարենը ոչինչ չի ստանում: Եթե խոսքը ներդաշնակ ընտանեկան հարաբերություններ ստեղծելու մասին է, ապա արեք այն, ինչ կցանկանայիք ստանալ: Հաճելի խոսքեր, նվերներ և քնքուշ գրկախառնություններ. այդ ամենը կստիպեն դիմացինին՝ ձեզ նայել սիրող հայացքով:
4. Հայտնե՛ք միմյանց ձեր դժգոհություններն ու ցանկությունները
Գտնվելով սիրո թագավորության մեջ` դուք ունակ եք ներել ձեր սիրելիի «չարաճճիությունները», սակայն միշտ չէ, որ ստացվում է մինչև վերջ մոռանալ ցավն ու վիրավորանքը, հոգում կարող է զայրույթ կուտակվել: Տհաճ հետևանքներից խուսափելու համար միմյանց հայտնեք ձեր դժգոհությունները և ցանկությունները: Այդ դեպքում խնդիրները չեն կործանի իրական զգացմունքները:
5. Պետք չէ սահմանափակել զուգընկերոջ ազատությունը
