Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը տեղեկացրել է, որ Հյուսիսային Օսիայի ղեկավարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարն է Վյաչիսլավ Բիտարովը, ով գլխավորում է կառավարությունը: Այս մասին հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում կատարելով «Ինտերֆաքս»-ին:
«Ցավոք, մեր հանդիպումը տեղի է ունենում այն ժամանակ, երբ կյանքից հեռացել է երկրի ղեկավար Թամերլան Կիմովիչը: Դուք աշխատել եք նրա հետ, գիտեմ, որ նա վստահել է ձեզ և մեծ հարգանք է ունեցել ձեր նկատմամբ: Ցանկանում եմ առաջարկել ձեզ ղեկավարել երկիրը »,-ասել է Պուտինը Բիտարովի հետ հանդիպմանը:
Նախագահ Պուտինը նշել է, որ աշխատելով այս պաշտոնում, անհրաժեշտ է ապացուցել մարդկանց, որ արդարացնում է նրանց սպասումները: «Հասարակությունն ունի չլուծված խնդիրներ՝ կապված սոցիալական հարցերի, տնտեսության զարգացման, առողջապահության, կրթության հետ»,-ասել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Ռուսաստանի նախագահին` Բիտարովն ասել է, որ չնայած ֆինանսական դժվարություններին, նախորդ ղեկավարի հետ աշխատելով, ամեն ինչ արվել է, որ պահպանվեն սոցիալական ծրագրերը: Պետությունն իրականացրել է իր սոցիալական պարտականությունները:
