Թագավորական աշտարակը Սաուդյան Արաբիայում: Այս շինությունը գերազանցելու է ներկայում աշխարհի ամենաբարձր շինությունը` Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների «Բուրջ խալիֆան»: Թագավորական աշտարակի շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել 2019-ին:

Շանհայի աշտարակը. 121 հարկանի այս շենքի կառուցումը Չինաստանում մեկնարկել էր դեռ 1993-ին, ավարտվել այս տարվա սկզբին:

Dubai Perl-ը` «Դուբայի մարգարիտը», սովորական բնակելի շենք է լինելու, ըստ էության` «ներքին քաղաք», որը 4 աշտարակ է ունենալու, որոնք միմյանց հետ կապվելու են օդային կամուրջով:

World One-ը Հնդկաստանի Բոմբեյ քաղաքում ունենալու է 117 հարկ և լինելու է աշխարհի ամենաբարձր բնակելի շենքը: Ենթադրվում է, որ չորս սենյականոց 300 շքեղագույն հարկաբաժիններում ապրելու են Հնդկաստանի ամենահարուստ մարդիկ: Սենյակների դիզայնով զբաղվում է անվանի մոդելավորող Ջորջո Արմանին:




KARSARC. այսպես է կոչվում Սաուդյան Արաբիայի թագավորի նավթի հետազոտության և ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնը, որն ավելի շատ Ջեյմս Բոնդի մասին ֆիլմաշարի չարագործի որջ է հիշեցնում: Շենքի ֆուտուրիստական դիզայնը հեղինակել է պաշտամունքային դիզայներ Զահի Հադադը:

Սուչժոուի Չժուան կենտրոնը 730 մ բարձրությամբ կենտրոն է Չինաստանում: Շինարարությունը ավարտվել է վերջերս: Արժեքը՝ 4,5 մլրդ: Սա Չինաստանի ամենաբարձր և աշխարհում երրորդ ամենաբարձր շինությունն է:

Lotte World Tower-ը 556 մետրանոց աշտարակ կլինի Սեուլում, որը «կգերիշխի» ամբողջ քաղաքի նկատմամբ: Շինարարությունը կավարտվի 2016-ին: Շենքում լինելու են խանութներ, գրասենյակներ, բնակարաններ, հյուրանոցներ և դիտահարթակ:

 

«Դավանգ» լեռնային հանգստավայրը կառուցվում է Չինաստանում և իր հյուրերին կընդունի արդեն 2016-ին: 170 մ ձգվածությամբ այս հանգստավայրը ներառում է «զվարճանքների սառցե աշխարհ», որը պարունակում է ծածկով դահուկային համալիր, ջրաշխարհ և կախովի այգիներ:

 

«Սոնջան» հյուրանոցը Չինաստանոըմ լեռների ու լճերի արանքում ծվարած հանգստավայր է: Հյուրանոցը կառուցվում է ձորերի պռնկին, և դրա ճակատային մասից ջրվեժ է հոսում: Այստեղ կան նաև ստորջրյա սենյակներ:
