«Սահմանադրական դատարանից առաջիկա 2 տարում թոշակի կգնա ոչ միայն նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը, այլև ևս երկու անդամ։ Մինչև 2018թ. լրանում է Գագիկ Հարությունյանի, Կիմ Բալայանի և Վոլոդյա Հովհաննիսյանի 70-ամյակը։ Մամուլում տեղեկություններ կային, թե ՍԴ նախագահի աթոռին հավակնում են Աժ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Հրայր Թովմասյանը և ՍԴ անդամ, ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ նախկին դատավոր Ալվինա Գյուլումյանը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Գյուլումյանի նշանակումն այնքան էլ հավանական չէ, քանի որ եթե անգամ նա նշանակվի, այդ ժամանակ կլինի 62 տարեկան և ընդամենը 3 տարի կպաշտոնավարի, մինչդեռ ՍԴ նախագահին նշանակում են 6 տարի ժամկետով։ Ընդամենը 3 տարի ղեկավարելու համար հազիվ թե նշանակեն։

Շատ ավելի մեծ է Հրայր Թովմասյանի նշանակման հավանականությունը, առավել ևս՝ եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ նա իշխանությունների սիրելին է, և Բաղրամյան 26-ում նրա համար լոբբինգ է անում նախագահի խնամին՝ ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է թոշակի գնացող ՍԴ անդամներին փոխարինելուն, ապա այստեղ ևս հեշտ չէ. դժվար է գտնել գիտակ, հմուտ մեկին, որը կցանկանա «թոշակառուի» գործ անել։ Ասենք՝ ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի հայտնի դասախոսներից մեկին տևական ժամանակ համոզում են գալ ՍԴ, չի համաձայնում։ Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր կարող են ու ցանկանում են աշխատել ՍԴ-ում, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով չեն նշանակվում։ Օրինակ՝ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գևորգ Դանիելյանը, որին իշխանությունները հիշում են, երբ «սև աշխատանք» անելու, ասենք՝ Սահմանադրություն գրելու կարիք կա։ Սակայն վերջինս ընդամենը ՍԴ խորհրդական է, ոչ անդամ»,–գրում է թերթը։
