Սիրիայում հրադադարը դարձել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի նստաշրջանի գլխավոր թեման

Սիրիայում հաստատված փխրուն զինադադարը, որտեղ արդեն հինգ տարի շարունակվում է ավերիչ քաղաքացիական պատերազմը, դարձել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի (ՄԻԽ)՝ փետրվարի 29-ին Ժնեւում բացված 31-րդ նստաշրջանի գլխավոր թեման:
Իհարկե, համաշխարհային կազմակերպության գլխավոր իրավապաշտպան մարմնի կողմից քննարկվող թեմաների սպեկտրը շատ ավելի լայն է եւ ներառում է հնարավոր բոլոր իրավապաշտպան ասպեկտներն աշխարհում, սակայն հենց սիրիական թեման է գերիշխել Ժնեւում: Եվ դա զարմանալի չէ, քանի որ, բացի զինադադարից, որը արդիականության ամենասուր հակամարտության դադարեցման շանս է տվել, հենց Ժնեւում ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ անց՝ մարտի 7-ին, պետք է մեկնարկի միջսիրիական անուղղակի բանակցությունների երկրորդ փուլը, որը կոչված է խաղաղություն բերել տարաբախտ երկրին:
«Զինադադարը հույս է տալիս, բայց իրադրությունն առայժմ չափազանց փխրուն է»,- խոստովանել է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Մարկ Էյրոն՝ դիմելով Խորհրդի անդամներին, որի մեջ մտնում է 47 պետություն:
Ֆրանսիական դիվանագիտության ղեկավարի հետ համաձայնել է նրա բելգիացի պաշտոնակիցը՝ Դիդիե Ռեյնդերսը: «Գոհունակությամբ ենք նշում հրադադարը Սիրիայում,- ասել է նա:- Զինադադարը, թեեւ առայժմ փխրուն է, բայց թույլ է տալիս շտապ հումանիտար օգնություն ցուցաբերել բնակչությանը»:
Ավելի ուշ զինադադարը դարձել է Սիրիայում բռնությունների դադարեցման նպատակային խմբի նիստի թեման, որն ստեղծվել է Սիրիայի աջակցման միջազգային խմբի որոշմամբ: Նրա փետրվարի 29-ի նիստը շարունակվել է մոտ երկու ժամ, սակայն հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ մամուլի համար որեւէ հայտարարություն չի արվել, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
