Մենք բոլորս եղունգներ կրծելը նյարդայնանալու հետ ենք կապում, սակայն սա կարող է նաև այլ խնդիրների պատճառ լինել և երբեմն կարող է նույնիսկ մահվան հանգեցնել։

Եթե դու կամ քո սիրելի մարդիկ ունեն այս վատ սովորությունը, ամեն ինչ արեք դրանից ազատվելու համար։

Ձեզ ենք  ներկայացնում մի մարդու, ով չի հետևել բժիշկնների խորհրդին ու շարունակել է կրծել եղունգները, որի հետևանքով նա քիչ էր մնում մահանար։ Ահա ամբողջ պատմությունը.

Սա Ջոն Գարդեներն է

40-ամյա տղամարդը չէր կարողանում դադարել կրծել իր եղունգները նույնիսկ բժիշկների հորդորներից հետո։ Այս սովորությունը հանգեցրեց վարակի, որն այնքան լուրջ էր, որ հանգեցրեց սրտի կաթվածի։

Սա վտանգավոր է

Բժիշկներն ասում են, որ նա կրծում էր իր եղունգներն այնքան, որ արյուն էր գալիս նրա մատներից։ Այս սովորության պատճառով նրա մատները վնասվել էին այն աստիճան, որ դրանք անզգայացել էին ցավից, երբ նա դրանք վնասում էր։

Մատները՝ վնասված վիճակում

Բժիշկներն ասում են, որ նա կրծում էր եղունգները՝ դրանց արյունահոսելու աստիճան։ Շարունակական վնասվածքներն անզգայացրել էին մատներն այնպես, որ ցավը հետ չէր պահում նրան մատները կրծելուց։

Պատճառն անհանգստությունն ու դեպրեսիան էր

Նրա բժիշկը՝ պրոֆեսոր Վերնոնը, նշել է.

Ջոնի եղունգները միշտ վատ վիճակում են և դրանք հաճախ արյունահոսում են, երբ նա բժշկի է դիմում։

Նա նաև բացատրում է, որ նրա վատ սովորությունն ավելի էր արտահայտվում մշտական անհանգստության պատճառով և վատթարանում, երբ նրա մոտ դեպրեսիա էր սկսվում։

Մատները կրծելու հետևանքով առաջացած վարակ

Ի սկզբանե եղունգները կրծելու արդյունքում դրանք սկսեցին արյունահոսել, սակայն շուտով նա վարակ ստացավ։ Նույնիսկ հակաբիոտիկները չէին կարողանում օգնել նրան, ինչի հետևանքով բժիշկները ստիպված էին հեռացնել նրա մատների ծայրերը։ Նա իրեն ավելի լավ զգաց մատների մի մասը հեռացնելուց հետո, սակայն դա շատ երկար չտևեց։ Նրա վիրաբույժ պրոֆեսոր Չի Նըգի համաձայն՝ տղամարդը սրտի կաթված ստացավ վարակի պատճառով։

Նրա ընտանիքի ու բժիկների համար սա անսպասելի ողբերգություն էր:

Սա իսկապես մեր ընտանիքի համար մեծ հարված էր. ոչինչ անել հնարավոր չէր ինձ օգնելու համար։ Ես չէի ցանկանա, որ նման բան պատահի որևէ մեկի հետ, սա պարզապես սարսափելի է,- ասել է Ջոն Գարդեները։
