Euphrasia officinalis (Очанка лекарственная ) բույսը մեկամյա խոտաբույս է , որը օգտագործում են աչքերի տարբեր հիվանդությունները բուժելու համար։ Այն պարունակում է մեծ թվով С վիտամին, եթերային յուղեր, թթուներ, որոնք պայքարում են աչքերի բորբոքվածության դեմ, անցկացնում են չորությունը։ Բույսը արդյունավետ կերպով կարգավորում է աչքերի ճնշումը, հանում է հոգնածությունը և լարվածությունը, որոնք առաջանում են համակարգչի առաջ երկար նստելուց։

1. Թեյ խոտաբույսից՝ տեսողությունը լավացնելու համար. 1 թեյի գդալ չորացրած բույսը լցրեք 300 մլ եռացրած ջրի մեջ և թողեք սառչի 20 րոպե։ Խմեք օրը 3-4 անգամ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե անց։
2. Կաթիլներ աչքի համար. հոգնածությունը և չորությունը հանելու համար ստացված թեյը կաթեցրեք աչքերի մեջ՝ ամեն մեկի մեջ 2 կաթիլ
3. Թրջոց. Թրջեք բամբակը բույսի տաք թեյի մեջ և դրեք կոպերին։ Պահեք այդպես 15 րոպե առավոտյան և երեկոյան
