Մարինա Ներսեսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Եթե Վրաստանի բարձրլեռնային շրջաններին աջակցություն չցուցաբերվի, ապա երկիրը կարող է հայտնվել ժողովրդագրական բռնակցման վտանգի առջև»,-«Վրաստանի նորությունների» թղթակցին ասել է առողջապահության և սոցիալական հարցերի խորհրդարանական կոմիտեի նախագահ Դմիտրի Խունդաձեն: 2002 թվականից ի վեր Վրաստանի բարձրլեռնային շրջանների 162 գյուղ փաստորեն վերացել է, իսկ 152-ի բնակչության առավելագույն թիվը 8-10 մարդ է:

Ավելին, 2017 թվականից սպասվում է ծնելիության շեշտակի անկում: «Շատ սուր է ներքին միգրացիայի հարցը: Հասարակ բանաձև է՝ եթե մենք հեռանանք, ուրիշները կբնակվեն: Այդպիսով կարող ենք ժողովրդագրական բռնակցման ենթարկվել: Խնդիրն անմիջական կապ ունի երկրի ազգային անվտանգության հետ»,- ընդգծել է պատգամավոր Խունդաձեն: Բացի այդ, խախտվել է տարեց և երիտասարդ մարդկանց թվերի հավասարակշռությունը, որի հետևանքով նկատելի է ազգի ծերացման ակտիվ գործընթացը: Վերջին 4 տարում տարեց մարդկանց թիվը Վրաստանում ավելացել է 40 հազարով, իսկ 2030 թվականին կենսաթոշակառուները կհատեն 1 մլն-ի սահմանագիծը: Վերջին մարդահամարի տվյալով Վրաստանում ապրում է ավելի քան 3,7 մլն մարդ:

«Իհարկե, ազգի ծերացման ակտիվ գործընթացը չպետք է ընկալվի իբրև բացասական երևույթ: Սա ժողովրդագրական փոփոխության անխուսափելի հետևանքն է, բայց անհրաժեշտ է ճիշտ քաղաքականություն վարել, որպեսզի երևույթը բացասաբար չանդրադառնա տնտեսության և բյուջեի վրա,-հայտարարել է Խունդաձեն:-Այսօր ծնված երեխաները վերարտադրողական տարիքի կհասնեն մի 20 տարուց. Մինչ այդ ծնելիությունը բավական ցածր կլինի»:
Ծնելիության խրախուսման համար Վրաստանի պետությունը արգելել է հղիության արհեստական ընտրողական (սեռի հատկանիշով) ընդհատումը: Բացի այդ, 3-ի փոխարեն 5 օր է դարձվել հղիության ընդհատումից առաջ «ծանրութեթև» անելու ժամկետը: 2002-ին պաշտոնապես գրանցվել է հղիության 40 հազար ընդհատում, 2014-ին՝ 33 հազար:

Վրաստանի որոշ վայրերում, օրինակ՝ հարավում գտնվող Ադիղենի շրջկենտրոնում ուղղափառ քրիստոնյաների ընտանիքներում ծնված 1 երեխայի դիմաց մահմեդական ընտանիքներում ծնվում է 3 երեխա: Մոտ 30 տարի առաջ մահմեդական ընտանիքներն Ադիղենի են տեղափոխվել Աջարիայից, որտեղ սողանքի հետևանքով քանդվել էին նրանց տները: Վերաբնակվածները հարմարվել են նոր պայմաններին:

Քրիստոնյաների և մահմեդականների միջև խնդիր է ծագել այն ժամանակ, երբ իշխանությունը տեղական մահմեդականներին թույլատրել է առանձին գերեզմանոց բացել: Քրիստոնյաներն ընդվզել են՝ հայտարարելով, որ գերեզմանոցից հետո մահմեդականները մտադիր են մզկիթի կառուցման թույլտվություն պահանջել, իսկ հետո կարող են և իսպառ դուրս մղել ուղղափառներին, քանի որ իրենք ավելի արագ են բազմանում: Օրերս Ադիղենիի ուղղափառ քրիստոնյաներն ու մահմեդականները զանգվածային ծեծկռտուք են սարքել, տուժել է մի քանի մարդ: Բնակիչների հետ հանդիպելու են Կրոնի հարցերի պետական գործակալության ներկայացուցիչները:
