Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մարտի 1-ին աշխատանքային ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի «Մեկ պատուհան», «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայության աշխատակիցները, վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր բաժնի պետերը: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ներկայացվել է 2015թ.-ին կատարված աշխատանքների հաշետվությունը, ինչպես նաև քննարկվել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերում «Մեկ պատուհան» ծառայությունների աշխատանքի բարելավման, քաղաքացիների սպասարկման նոր մշակույթի ձևավորման, դիմումներին արագ արձագանքման և այլ հարցեր: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն առաջին հերթին անդրադարձել է «Մեկ պատուհան» համակարգի աշխատանքների թերացումներին:

««Մեկ պատուհան» համակարգում մենք վերջերս զգալի փոփոխություններ իրականացրեցինք` նոր համազգեստ, սպասարկման որակի բարելավում և այլն: Ու չնայած դրան, ինձ տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ քաղաքացիներին անհարկի սպասեցնում եք և հաճախ լինում եք անհավես: Աշխատանքի այս որակն անընդունելի է: Քաղաքացիների հետ իրավունք չունեք լինել անբարեհամբույր: Մարդիկ պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ ձեզ դիմելով` կստանան անհրաժեշտ և լիարժեք խորհրդատվություն: Դուք պետք է զգաք ձեր աշխատանքի կարևորությունն ու պատասխանատվությունը: Եվ ընդհանրապես, քաղաքացիների բարեհամբույր սպասարկումը պետք է լինի ձեր առաջնային մոտեցումը»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Որպես բնակիչների հետ անմիջական կապի կարևոր միջոց Տարոն Մարգարյանն առանձնացրել է նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և վարչական շրջաններում գործող «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայությունը.

«Հեռախոսով զանգեր ստանալիս եղեք բարեկիրթ ու համբերատար, հիշե՛ք, որ ցանկացած անզգույշ խոսք կարող է մարդու մոտ բացասական տպավորություն թողնել, որը հետո շատ դժվար կլինի ուղղել: Փորձեք ձեզ դնել յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու տեղն ու նրան պատասխանել այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայիք, որ ձեզ պատասխանեն: Ի վերջո «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայությունը ստեղծվել է հենց բնակիչներին ծառայելու նպատակով»,- նշել է քաղաքապետը:

Տարոն Մարգարյանը նաև նկատել է, որ աշխատակազմի համապատասխան ծառայությունների աշխատակիցներից յուրաքանչյուրն իր բարեխիղճ աշխատանքով և հոգատար վերաբերմունքով նպաստում է քաղաքացիներին ծառայելու մշակույթի ձևավորմանը: «Պետք է սրտացավ աշխատել ու ջանք չխնայել մարդկանց ճիշտ ուղղորդելու, օգնելու համար: Քաղաքացին Երևանի քաղաքապետարան կամ վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմեր դիմելիս առաջինն, ըստ էության, ձեզ է հանդիպում ու ձեզ հետ շփվում: Եվ ձեր վերաբերմունքից է կախված, թե ինչ տպավորություն կստանան ոչ միայն կոնկրետ ձեր աշխատակազմերից կամ քաղ աքապետարանից, այլ նաև քաղաքային իշխանություններից ընդհանրապես»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Գոհունակություն հայտնելով բաժինների 2015թ. աշխատանքից՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը միաժամանակ նշել է, որ 2016թ. ակնկալում է բնակիչների հետ ավելի սրտացավ ու նվիրված աշխատանք:
