Ֆինանսների նախարարությունից կառանձնացվի ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտե

 ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ֆինանսների նախարարությունը վերակազմակերպելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2002 թվականի մարտի 16-ի նհ-1063 հրամանագրում փոփոխություն եվ լրացում կատարելու մասին։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հրամանագրում նշված է.

«Ղեկավարվելով 2005 թվականի փոփոխություններով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 85-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասով և հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2007 թվականի հուլիսի 18-ի ՆՀ-174-Ն հրամանագրով սահմանված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և նրան ենթակա պետական կառավարման այլ մարմինների գործունեության կազմակերպման կարգի 7-րդ կետը՝ ո ր ո շ ու մ ե մ.
1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ֆինանսների նախարարությունը վերակազմակերպել՝ դրանից առանձնացնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկ ամուտների կոմիտե:
2. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2002 թվականի մարտի 16-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության կառուցվածքը սահմանելու մասին» ՆՀ-1063 հրամանագրի վերնագրի «կառավարության կառուցվածքը» բառերը փոխարինել «կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական կառավարման մարմինների կառուցվածքը» բառերով, իսկ հրամանագիրը II բաժնի 1-ին կետից հետո լրացնել հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ 1.1-ին կետով՝ 
«1.1. Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտե»:
3. Սահմանել, որ «Մաքսային կարգավորման մասին», «Մաքսային ծառա յության մասին», «Հարկային ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքներով, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության այլ օրենքներով նախատեսված վերադաս մաքսային և հարկային մարմինների ղեկավարը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահն է:
4. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանը՝ մեկամսյա ժամկետում ընդունել սույն հրամանագրից բխող համապատասխան որոշումներ:
