Ժելատինի օգտագործումը
1 Ժելատինով դիմակ դեմքի համար
Ժելատինի հիմքով պատրաստում են կրեմներ՝ կնճիռների դեմ, որի բաղադրության մեջ մտնում են նաև ջուր, մեղր, գլիցերին և թրկու կաթիլ եթերային յուղ: Նման տնական միջոցն իր արդյունավետությամբ չի զիջում խանութից գնված թանկարժեք միջոցներին:
Բայց այսօր ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ուզում ներկայացնել ժելատինով և ակտիվ ածուխով պատրաստված մի դիմակ՝ սև կետիկների դեմ: Խառնեք մեկ թեյի գդալ ժելատինի փոշին ակտիվ ածուխի փոշիացրած մեկ հաբի հետ, ավելացրեք երկու թեյի գդալ սառը կաթ և լավ խառնեք: Այդ խառնուրդը տաքացրեք միկրոալիքային վառարանում՝ 15 վայրկյան, թողեք սառչի՝ մինչև սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի հասնելը, քսեք դիմակը դեմքին և սպասեք մինչև ամբողջությամբ չորանա:
Պետք է հիշել, որ այս դիմակը պետք է քսել մաքուր և գոլորշու վրա պահած դեմքին: Բավական է այս դիմակից օգտվել շաբաթը մեկ անգամ:
2 Դեղամիջոց հոդերի համար
Ժելատինից պատրաստում են բուժիչ թուրմեր և թրջողներ, դրանք օգտագործում են հոդերի հիվանդությունների պրոֆիլօակտիկայի համար, և շատերն են հավատում դրա բուժիչ հատկությանը:
3 Միջոց՝ ցելյուլիտի դեմ
Ժելատինն օգնում է ցելյուլիտի վերացման հարցում: Ժելատինի հիմքով տաք փաթաթումներ են (обертывания) անում:
4 Դիմակ՝ մազերի համար
Շատ պարզ միջոց. Մեկ ճաշի գդալ ժելատինի վրա լցրեք երեք ճաշի գդալ տաք ջուր կամ կաթ: Երբ ժելատինն ուռչի, ավելացրեք մեկ ճաշի գդալ մազերի ցանկացած դիմակ: Քսեք այս դիմակը լվացած խոնավ մազերին, հետո փաթաթեք մազերը պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով և վրայից փաթաթեք գլուխը սրբիչով: Կես ժամ հետո գլուխը լվացեք տաք ջրով:
