««Ժողովուրդ»–ին տեղեկություններ հասան, որ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի դեմ կատարված մահափորձի գործով ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում մի շարք վարկածներ են առաջ քաշվել։ Պարզվում է՝ Հենրիկ Ավագյանը կանգնած Է եղել մեքենայի աջ կողմում, և, բնական Է, կրակել Է միայն աջ կողմից, սակայն կարծես թե փորձաքննության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են փաստեր, որ կրակոցների հետքեր են հայտնաբերվել նաև մեքենայի ձախ կողմում։ Եվ հիմա քննարկվում Է այն վարկածը, որ Հենրիկ Ավագյանի կրակելուց և փախուստի դիմելուց հետո մարզպետի մեքենայի ուղղությամբ այլ կրակոցներ Էլ են հնչել։ Ու եթե սա ապացուցված համարվի, ապա կատարված հանցագործության աստիճանը ինքնաբերաբար կծանրանա։
