Եղեգնաձորում բռնության սպառնալիքով շորթում կատարելու մեղադրանքով ձերբակալվել է 2 անձ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի շորթում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, օպերատիվ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, երկու անձ ձերբակալվել է:
Փետրվարի 28-ին ՌԴ քաղաքացի, ազգությամբ հայ Ա. Բաբլոյանից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 21.40-ի սահմաններում, իր` Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող բնակարան են եկել 4 անձինք և իրենից պահանջել 3 միլիոն ՌԴ ռուբլի գումար` սպառնալով իր ու ընտանիքի անդամների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրել` սահմանված ժամկետում գումարը չտալու դեպքում:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի շորթում կատարելը):
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից երկուսի ինքնությունը, ովքեր մարտի 1-ին ձերբակալվել են:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ` հնարավոր մյուս մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի դերակատարության աստիճանը հստակեցնելու, գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ:
