5 սխալ, որ պետք է դադարես անել 20 տարեկանում

Դու երիտասարնդ ես ու ազատ: Երբեմն դժվար է տեսնել, թե ինչպես են այն սխալները, որ գործում ես 20-29 տարեկանում, ազդում քո ողջ կյանքի վրա: Ճշմարտությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ հենց այս տարիքում է հիմք դրվում քո ողջ կյանքի համար: Ահա այն 5 սխալները, որ հիմնականում գործում են երիտսարդները այդ տարիքում, և որոնք պետք է հենց հիմա դադարեք գործել:
1 Դադարիր վատնել ժամանակդ
Ժամանակդ կարող ես վատնել ամենատարբեր ձևով հատկապես մինչև ապագադ հիմնելը: Քո աբողջ ապագան առջևում է, ու երբեմն կարող է թվալ, թե անսահմանափակ ժամանակ կա առջևում, սակայն դա այդքան էլ այդպես չէ: Ժամանակդ արդյունավետ օգտագործիր` արա այն, ինչ կարևոր է քեզ համար: Ժամանակ ծախսիր ճամփորդելու, ընկերներ ու ծանոթոություններ հաստատելու վրա ու կարիերայիդ մասին մտածելով: Եթե քո ժամանակատար հոբիներիը խանգարիում են քեզ արդյունավետ լինել, ոււրեմն վերանայիր այն ժամանակը, որ ծախսում ես դրանց վրա ու փորձիր կրճատել այն:
2 Դադարիր գումար վատնել
Հաճախ 20-29 տարեկաննում մենք ցանկանում են շատ բան ունենալ` թանկարժեք հագուստից մինչև էլեկտրոնիկա ու այլ իրեր, որոնք բավականին ծախսատար են: Դադարեք գումար վատնել այսպիսի իրերի վրա: Դրանք կհնանան ու նորաձևությունից դուրս կգան շատ ավելի արագ, քան պատկերիացնում ես: Քո եկամուտն օգտագործիր ապագայիդ մեջ ներդրումներ անելու ու հրաշալի կենսափորձ ձեռք բերելու համար: Հիշիր, հիշողությունները հավերժ են, այնպես որ ճամփորդելու վրա գումար ծախսելն ավելի արժեքավոր կլինի ու նպատակային, քան մեծ հեռուստացույց գնելը, որն ընդամենը երեք տարի հետո ստիպավծ կլինես ավելի նոր մոդելով փոխարինել:
3 Դադարիր սոցիալական ցանցերի վրա ժամանակ վատնել
Սոցիալական ցանցերնն անկասկած իր տեղն ունեն: Այն մեզ օգնում է կապ պահել ու շփվել, սակայն այն չի կարող շփման միակ ձևը լինել: Համոզվիր, որ իրական կապ ես պահպանում ընկերներիդ ու ընտանիքիդ հետ ու նրանց տալիս այն ժաանակը, որին նրանք արժանի են: Դու կարող ես տեսնել, թե ինչ են նրանք անում ֆեյսբուքի միջոցով, սակայն դու նրանց հետ չես, ու քո հիշողությունները ստեղծելու փոխարեն ուրիշների հիշողությունենրին ես հետևում:
4 Դադարիր ամեն ինչն անխտիր առաջնայինը համարել
Առաջնահերթություններ… թվում է, թե ամեն ինչն է կարևոր ու ամենաառաջնայինը` հարաբերություններ, ընտանիք, կարիերա, ընկերներ, տուն, դպրոց, ընտանի կենդանին և այլն: Այո, ամեն ինչն էլ կարևոր է, սակայն ժամանակ տուր առաջնահերթությունը զատելու համար, այնպես, որ խառնաշփոթի մեջ չհայտնվես ու ամեն ինչ արդյունավետորեն հասցնես անել:
5 Դադարիր ռիսկի տակ դնել ապագադ
Ո՞րն է ամեն ինչի գաղտնիքը: Համոզվիր, որ ապագայիդ համար հիմք ես դնում: Սկսիր գումար խնայել: Համոզվիր, որ ինչ-որ բան ես անում կարիերայիդ համար, համոզվիր, որ առողջ հարաբերություններ ես հաստատում, որոնք կարող են ամուր լինել երկար տարիներ: Ամեն ինչ արա այնպես, որ ապագան լուսավոր լինի: Եթե դու այժմ այնպիսի բաներ ես անում, որոնք խանգարում են ու ռիսկի տակ դնում ապագադ, ուրեմն դադարիր դրանք հենց հիմա: Քո առջև դեռ շատ տարիներ կան, վստահ եղիր, որ լավագույնս օգտագործես դրանք ու վայելես:
