2016 թվականի մարտի 1-ից Ադրբեջանում արտարժույթով ավանդների ապահովագրության վերին սահմանը 12 տոկոսից իջեցվել է 3 տոկոսի:
Այս մասին, հայտնում է minval.az-ը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի ավանդների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամին:
Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի հետ համաձայնեցված համապատասխան որոշումն ընդունվել է հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի արտահերթ ժողովում:
Ազգային արտարժույթով ավանդների տարեկան տոկոսադրույքի վերին սահմանը մնացել է 12 տոկոս մակարդակի վրա:
Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական շրջանակների կարծիքով` դոլարով ավանդների ապահովագրության մինչեւ 3 տոկոս իջեցումն ուղղված է բանկերում ազգային արտարժույթով փողը պահելու համար բնակչության խրախուսմանը:
Դիտորդների կարծիքով` Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների այդ քայլը պայմանավորված է այն բանով, որ երկրի ֆինանսական համակարգը հայտնվել է փլուզման շեմին:
2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը որոշում է ընդունել անցնել ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի լողացող փոխարժեքի, ինչի հետևանքով ԱՄՆ դոլարի եւ եվրոյի փոխարժեքը մանաթի նկատմամբ պաշտոնապես գրեթե երկու անգամ մեծացել է: Որոշ տվյալներով` Բաքվի «սեւ շուկայում» ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարն արդեն վաճառվում է 3-4 մանաթով:
Ադրբեջանի բանկային հատվածը կրախի է ենթարկվել: Անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի գրեթե 100 տոկոսով արժեզրկվելու, բնակչության կողմից դոլարով վերցրած վարկերը վերադարձնելու գործում ծագած դժվարություններն ավելի են մեծացրել խնդրահարույց վարկերի ծավալը: Միայն այս տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանում չեղարկվել են United Credit Bank, Texnikabank, Bank of Azerbaijan, NBCBank, Qafqaz İnkisaf Banki, Atrabank, Gancabank եւ United Credit Bank բանկերի գործունեության թույլտվությունները: Փակվել են նաեւ «Դեմիրբանկ»-ի 4 բաժանմունքները: Բանկերի փակվելու գործընթացը շարունակվում է:
Նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկումը սկսվելուց ի վեր Ադրբեջանում մինչ այժմ մոտ 19 բանկ փակվել է: Ներկայում երկրում 35 բանկ է գործում:
