Մերձավոր Արեւելքում Թուրքիայի վարած անխոհեմ քաղաքականության պատճառով գրեթե միջազգային քաղաքական մեկուսացման մեջ հայտնվելու, նաև «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթի լրագրողներին ազատ արձակելու մասին Սահմանադրական դատարանի ընդունած վճռի պատճառով այդ երկրի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի եւ վարչապետ Ահմեթ Դավութօղլուի միջեւ երկպառակություն է սկսվել:

Այս մասին թուրքական T24 թերթում հրապարակած` «Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու ճեղքվածքը…» հոդվածում գրում է լրագրող Հասան Ջեմալը` անդրադառնալով վերջին շրջանում Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) ետնաբեմում առկա հակասություններին:

«Թեեւ դեռեւս ուժեղ Էրդողանի դեմ բարձրաձայն արտահայտություններ չեն արվում, ճեմ կասկածում ամեն օր ԱԶԿ-ի ներսում հակասությունների գնալով մեծանալու հարցում, քանի որ ԱԶԿ-ն դուրս է գալիս Էրդողանի ցանկացածի պես արտաքին եւ ներքին մարտահրավերներ նետելու ցանկության դաշտից», -գրում է Ջեմալը:

Թուրք լրագրողի խոսքով` «ԱԶԿ-ի ներսում ճեղքվածքներ կան: Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու երկպառակությունը գնալով ավելի հստակ է երեւում: Դրա մասին է վկայում նոր կառավարություն ձեւավորվելու ժամանակ ետնաբեմային տեղեկությունը, ըստ որի` ոչ թե Դավութօղլուի, այլ Էրդողանի շրջապատից տրանսպորտի նախարար Բինալի Յըլդըրըմի եւ էներգետիկայի նախարար Բերաք Ալբայրաքի կողմից ընտրված խորհրդականների անունները, որոնց նկատմամբ վարչապետ Դավութօղլուն հայտնել էր իր անհամաձայնությունը», -հոդվածում հայտնում է Հասան Ջեմալը:

Թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթի լրագրողներ Ջան Դունդարն ու Էրդեմ Գյուլը տեսանյութ էին տարածել, որով ապացուցվում է Թուրքիայի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության եւ «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման միջեւ սերտ համագործակցությունը, ինչի համար թուրքական իշխանությունների հանձնարարությամբ երկու ամիս գտնվել էին կալանավայրում: Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը նրանց ազատ արձակելու վճիռ էր կայացրել: Էրդողանն այդ առնչությամբ հայտարարել էր, թե «չի ճանաչում եւ չի հարգում» Ջան Դունդարին եւ Էրդեմ Գյուլին ազատ արձակելու մասին ՍԴ-ի վճիռը:

Թուրքիայի ՍԴ-ի նախագահ Զյուհթու Արսլանը այդ կապակցությամբ հայտարարել էր. «Ժողովրդավարական իրավական պետություն ասվածը հավասարապես տարածվում է ինչպես իրավական օրենքները կառավարողների, այնպես էլ կառավարողներին պահպանող պետության վրա»: Նա դրանով հասկացնել էր տվել Էրդողանին, որ պետք է հարգել եւ կատարել դատարանի վճիռը:

Թուրքական ՍԴ-ի նախագահը նաեւ դատապարտել է իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցությանը մոտ կանգնած մամուլին, որը պաշտպանել էր Էրդողանի հայտարարությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ «ոչինչ եւ ոչ ոք չի կարող փոխել սահմանադրական դատարանի վճիռը»:

Թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ներն իրենց հերթին տարածել են 67 թուրք մտավորականների կողմից ստորագրված` «Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի վարչակարգը կբերի աղետի» վերնագրով հայտարարությունը:

Ուշագրավ է, որ Էրդողան-ՍԴ դիմակայության հետ կապված Դավութօղլուն որեւէ հայտարարությամբ հանդես չի եկել:
