 Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ընդունել Է Հայաստանին «Պաշտպանական համակարգեր» միջպետական ֆինանսաարդյունաբերական խմբում ընդունելու համար ՀՀ-ի հետ բանակցություններ անցկացնելու կառավարության առաջարկը, խումբ, որն ստեղծվել Է Բելառուսի հետ համատեղ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համապատասխան կարգադրությունը մարտի 2-ին զետեղված Է իրավական տեղեկատվության պաշտոնական պորտալում:

«Ընդունել «Պաշտպանական համակարգեր» միջպետական ֆինանսաարդյունաբերական խմբի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ ՌԴ-ի կառավարության եւ Բելառուսի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջեւ համաձայնագրին  Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության միանալու շուրջ համաձայնագրի կնքման բանակցություններ անցկացնելու մասին ՌԴ կառավարության առաջարկը»,-ասված Է փաստաթղթի տեքստում:

Բաց աղբյուրների տվյալներով՝ «Պաշտպանական համակարգեր» բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերությունն ստեղծվել Է տակավին 1996 թվականին գլխադաս կոնստրուկտորական բյուրոների, գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտների եւ սերիական ձեռնարկությունների՝ օբյեկտային հակաօդային պաշտպանության միջոցների եւ համակարգերի մշակողների ու պատրաստողների խմբի նախաձեռնությամբ:

Զուգահեռաբար աշխատում Է նաեւ ռուս-բելառուսական համանուն միջպետական ֆինանսաարդյունաբերական խումբը, որն ստեղծվել Է բաժնետիրական ընկերության հիման վրա, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
