ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում մարտի 1-ին անցկացվել է խորհրդակցություն ՊՆ, ԶՈւ, ԶՈւ ԳՇ ղեկավար կազմի և բանակային զորամիավորումների հրամանատարների մասնակցությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությունը նվիրված է եղել զինված ուժերի կառավարման խնդիրների և կիրառման պլանների քննարկմանը, զինծառայության անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման ու զինված ուժերի մարտունակության բարձրացմանը միտված քայլերի ու միջոցառումների իրականացման ընթացքին:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը կարևորել է զինված ուժերի մարտունակության և զինանձնակազմի պատրաստության շարունակական ամրապնդմանը միտված միջոցառումների, առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների անվտանգության ապահովման և ծառայություն արդյունավետության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը: Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է նաև, որ չափազանց կարևոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել ամրաշինական կառույցների ամրապնդման, սպառազինության անվտանգ շահագործման հարցերին և նշել, որ այդ առումով 2016 թվականին հետևողական աշխատանք է տարվելու:

ՀՀ ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովն իր հերթին խորհրդակցության մասնակիցների հորդորել է առանձնակի ուշադրության դարձնել զորամասերում զինտեխնիկայի պահպանման պայմաններին և մարտական պատրաստության խնդիրներին: Ընդգծելով, որ հակառակորդի հնարավոր գործողությունները կանխարգելելու գրավականը հայկական զինված ուժերի մարտական պատրաստության և պատրաստվածության բարձր աստիճանն է, ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետը շեշտել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր զինծառայողի պարտքն է ընթացիկ ուսումնական տարին ծառայեցնել ի նպաստ ազգային բանակի մարտական պատրաստության աստիճանի շարունակական բարձրացման:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ բարձր գնահատելով ընթացիկ և հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված պլանային և արտապլանային աշխատանքները՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ու ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին տվել են անհրաժեշտ ցուցումներն ու հրահանգները, ներկայացրել են կիրառման պլաններին առնչվող մի շարք դիտարկումներ:
