Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում ամփոփել են նախաորակավորման ընթացակարգի մրցույթի արդյունքները

Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում մարտի 2-ին կայացել է ՀՀԳՆՋՏՊԿ-ՄԵԾՁԲ-N 15/1 ծածկագրով նախաորակավորման ընթացակարգի մրցույթի արդյունքների ամփոփման նիստը՝ գնահատող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնից, սույն մրցույթի նատակն է գնահատել մրցույթին դիմած կազմակերպություններին խմելու ջրի ոլորտում առաջիկայում իրականացվելիք մեկ վարձակալի ընտրության մրցույթին մասնակցության հայտահրավեր տրամադրելու առումով:

Հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար Ա. Մնացականյանը հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել գնահատման արդյունքները: Գնահատումները կատարվել են համաձայն «Գնումների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի: Ըստ հանձնաժողովի անդամների անհատական գնահատման արդյունքների՝ նախաորակավորմանը մասնակցած 4 մասնակիցների կողմից ներկայացված հայտերը բավարարում են նախաորակավորման հայտարարության պահանջներին: Գնահատման արդյունքներն ամփոփել է հաձնաժողովի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը:

Հանձնաժողովը, հիմք ընդունելով նախաորակավորման հայտարարության պահանջները, որոշել է հաստատել և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության հաստատմանը ներկայացնել բավարար գնահատված մասնակիցների ցանկը՝ հետևյալ կազմով՝«ՍԱՈՒՐ ՍԱՍ», «Վեոլա Օ Կոմպանի Ժեներալ Դեզ Օ» ԿԲԸ, «Էյ-Ի-Ջի-Սերվիս» ՍՊԸ, դեկոն ինտերնացիոնալ ՋիԷմբի Էյշ, Կոնսուլակվա Համբուրգ եղաթունգսգեզելշաֆթ ԷմբիԷյչ և Եվրավասել Աուֆբեղայթունգսունդ Էնթզորգունգս ՋիԷմբիԷյչ Կոնսորցիում, «ԱԿԵԱ ՍպԱ» ընկերություն:

Նիստի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է նաև Անցումային խորհրդատուի (FICHTNER) պաշտոնական կարծիքը, որը նույնպես բավարար է գնահատել նախաորակավորման ընթացակարգի 4 մասնակիցների հայտերը:

Նիստի ավարտին հանձնաժողովը որոշել է հաջորդ նիստի անցկացման օրն ու ժամը, որը կկայանա  բավարար գնահատված մասնակիցների ցանկը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության հավանությանն արժանանալուց հետո երեք աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում:
