ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարարն ընդունել է հումանիտար ականազերծման ոլորտում աջակցող կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարների

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյան մարտի 1-ին ընդունել է ամերիկյան «Մարշալ Լեգասի» կազմակերպության տնօրեն-նախագահ Փերի Բալթիմորին, Սլովենիայի «Միջազգային վստահության» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Դամյան Բերգանտին, Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի «Ականներ հայտնաբերող շների կենտրոն»-ի ղեկավար Ներմին Հաջիմույագիչին: Նշված կազմակերպությունները հումանիտար ա կանազերծման ոլորտում պարբերաբար աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Նազարյանը, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանը, «Հումանիտար ականազերծման և փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Առաքելյանը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության պաշտոնատար անձինք:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերին «Մարշալ Լեգասի» ինստիտուտի դոնորական աջակցությամբ Բոսնիա և Հերցոգովոնիայի ականներ հայտնաբերող շների կենտրոնի կողմից ՀՀ զինված ուժերին տրամադրված 6 ականներ հայտնաբերող շների (ԱՀՇ) վարժեցման, խնամքի, դրանց օգտագործման, առաջիկա ծրագրերին ու հու մանիտար ականազերծման ոլորտում համագործակցության հետագա ուղղություններին առնչվող հարցեր:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ Հայաստանին տրամադրված 6 ԱՀՇ-ներից երկուսը գնվել են ամերիկացի երեխաների կողմից հավաքված բարեգործական միջոցների հաշվին, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է նաև դպրոցական տարիքի ամերիկացի և հայ երեխաների միջև ինտերնետ հեռահաղորդակցության հնարավորությունը ականային վտանգի իրազեկման, հակաականային քարոզչության բնագավառում: Նախատեսվում է նաև հունիս-հուլիսին Հայաստանում հյուրընկալել 6 ԱՀՇ-ների համար բարեգործական աջակցություն տրամադրած անձանց:
ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի տեղակալ Մ. Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ առաջիկայում կուսումնասիրվի նաև դպրոցական ծրագրերում ականային վտանգների իրազեկման վերաբերյալ առարկայի ներառման հնարավորության հարցը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին «Հումանիտար ականազերծման և փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ու Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի «Ականներ հայտնաբերող շների կենտրոն»-ի (MDDC) միջև ստորագրվել է համագործակցության վերաբերյալ փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր:
