ԿԲ-ն կանխատեսում է 1,5-2,6 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ

Կենտրոնական բանկի կանխատեսումներով` այս տարի Հայաստանում սպասվում է 1,5-2,6 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ։ Այլ կերպ ասած` միջին տարեկան աճը ԿԲ-ն գնահատում է 2,05 տոկոսի սահմաններում։ Սա նշանակում է, որ տնտեսական աճի սպասումների առումով Կենտրոնական դրամատունն ավելի վատատես է, քան կառավարությունը։
 
Հիշեցնենք, որ պետական բյուջեի նախագծով սահմանված է 2,2 տոկոս աճ, չնայած կառավարության ակնկալիքները կարծես ավելին են։ Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի վերաբերյալ ներկայացված գնահատականները Կենտրոնական բանկը հիմնավորել է երկու առաջնահերթ գործոններով՝ հիմնական գործընկեր երկրների տնտեսական անբարենպաստ իրավիճակով եւ հումքային ու պարենային ապրանքների միջազգային շուկայում շարունակվող գնանկումային միտումներով։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս տարի կանխատեսվում է ՌԴ տնտեսության անկում՝ 1,8 տոկոսով։
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է հանքահումքային ապրանքների միջազգային գներին, ապա դրանք այս պահին տոննայի հաշվով առնվազն 1,2 հազարով դոլարով ցածր են նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի մակարդակից։ Այս պայմաններում Կենտրոնական բանկի գնահատականներով, տնտեսական աճը դեռեւս կպահպանվի ցածր մակարդակում։ Արդյունաբերության մեջ կանխատեսում է 1,3-2,1 տոկոս աճ։ Մի բան, ինչը պայմանավորվում է հանքարդյունաբերությունում 2015թ. ձեւավորված հագեցվածության բարձր մակարդակի արդյունքում հավելյալ աճի հնարավորությունների սահմանափակումներով, հանքահումքային մետաղների գների նվազմամբ, ինչպես նաեւ վերամշակող արդյունաբերության ոլորտից դեպի ՌԴ շուկաներ արտահանման ոչ բարենպաստ պայմանների պահպանմամբ։
 
Տնտեսության այս ճյուղից Կենտրոնական բանկի համեստ ակնկալիքն ինչ-որ առումով նույնիսկ կարող է տարօրինակ լինել, հատկապես տարեսկզբին գրանցված աննախադեպ բարձր ակտիվության պայմաններում։ Հունվարին արդյունաբերության աճը հասավ գրեթե 16 տոկոսի։ Կենտրոնական բանկի սպասելիքները մեծ չեն շինարարության ոլորտից։ Այստեղ չի բացառվում նույնիսկ անկման հավանականությունը։ Տնտեսական աճի գնահատականները 0,8 տոկոս անկումից մինչեւ 0,2 տոկոս աճի ուղղությամբ են։
 
Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ակնկալիքները համեմատաբար բարձր են։ Կանխատեսվում է 4,2-5 տոկոս աճ։ Առավելագույնը 2,4 տոկոս ակտիվության ավելացում է ենթադրվում նաեւ ծառայություններում։ Կենտրոնական բանկի կանխատեսումները լավատեսական չեն՝ կապված արտաքին ֆինանսական փոխանցումների հետ։ Վերջինիս գնահատումներով՝ տրանսֆերտների հոսքերը այս տարի եւս կշարունակեն նվազել։ Տարվա կտրվածքով սպասվում է 9-12 տոկոսանոց անկում։
