Արցախի կառավարությունը ձեռնամուխ է լինում գյուղատնտեսական նոր ծրագրերի մեկնարկին

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետԱրայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 2-ին այցելել է Մարտունու շրջան և ներկա գտնվել Խնուշինակի, Գիշու և Սպիտակաշենի համայնքապետների՝ 2015թ. տարեկան հաշվետվությունների ներկայացմանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, համայնքների ղեկավարները, ներկայացնելով անցած տարվա գործունեության արդյունքները, ընդգծել են համայնքային նշանակության ձեռքբերումները և խնդիրները: Բոլոր համայնքներում համընդհանուր ջանքերով իրականացվել են գյուղամերձ տարածքների մաքրման, գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհների բարեկարգման ու սալիկապատման աշխատանքներ: Համայնքապետները ներկայացրել են գյուղերի ժողովրդագրական և զբաղվածության նկարագր երը, ենթակառուցվածքների վիճակը, որոնց բարելավման ուղղությամբ շարունակվում են աշխատանքներ տարվել համայնքային, պետական և բարեգործական միջոցներով:
Գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ գյուղերի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի բարելավման համար աստիճանաբար ստեղծվելու են առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններ, որի նպատակով կառավարությունը ձեռնամուխ է լինում գյուղատնտեսական նոր ծրագրերի մեկնարկին: Այս ոլորտում հաջողության հասնելու համար վարչապետը հորդորել է գյուղացիներին իրականացնել ցանքաշրջանառություն և զարկ տալ անասնապահությանն ու այգեգործությանը:
«Արցախի գյուղերի զարգացման հեռանկարը մենք մեծապես կապում ենք այգեգործության հետ, քանի որերկարաժամկետ կտրվածքում տեսանելի է մրգերի մեծ պահանջարկ տեղական և արտաքին շուկաներում:Կառավարությունը նոր գործիքներ է մշակել այգեգործության խթանման նպատակով, որոնց շրջանակներումիրականացնում ենք տնկիների պահանջվող տեսակների գնման և քաղաքացիներին անվճար տրամադրման ծրագր՝ դրանք խնամքով մշակելու պայմանով: Ձեզնից ակնկալում ենք նախաձեռնողականություն ցուցաբերել թե՛տնկիների պատրաստման, թե՛ այգիներ հիմնելու գործում: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, կառավարությունըայգեգործներին կաջակցի նաև մասնագիտական խորհրդատվության տրամադրման և ոռոգման համակարգերիներդրման հարցում»,- նշել է վարչապետը:
Հանդիպումների ժամանակ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը պատասխանել է ներկաներին հուզող տարբեր հարցերի, նրանց հետ քննարկել համայնքային նշանակության խնդիրների լուծման տարբերակներ:
Այցի ընթացքում վարչապետին ուղեկցում էին ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արամ Մխոյանը և պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:
