Զինացուցակի հրապարակումը ՌԴ-ի կողմից հարված էր Հայաստանին.«168 ժամ»

«Հայաստանը կնախընտրի արագ մոռացության մատնել զիկնացուցակի հրապարակման էպիզոդը»,- «168 Ժամ» թերթի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Jane’s Intelligence պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերով հեղինակավոր վերլուծական կենտրոնի ԱՊՀ-ի եւ Ռուսաստանի հարցերով առաջատար վերլուծաբան Լիլիթ Գեւորգյանը՝ անդրադառնալով օրերս Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրված սպառազինությունների ցանկի հրապարակման շուրջ առկա անհանգստություններին ու տարաձայնություններին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս ռուսաստանյան «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որում թվարկում էին այն զինատեսակները, որը Հայաստանը կարող է գնել Ռուսաստանի տրամադրած 200 մլն դոլար վարկով: Ըստ հավելվածի` Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից գնում է համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգի «Սմերչ» կայանքներ եւ դրա համար նախատեսված զինամթերք, «Իգլա-Ս» զենիթահրթիռային համալիրներ, ռադիոհետախուզության «Ավտոբազա-Մ» համալիրներ, հրանետման ՏՕՍ-1Ա ծանր համակարգեր, 9Մ113Մ կառավարվող հրթիռներ, ՌՊԳ-26 նռնականետեր, Դրագունովի դիպուկահար հրացաններ, «Վագր» զրահամեքենաներ, կապի եւ ինժեներական միջոցներ:
Լիլիթ Գեւորգյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ ցանկի հրապարակումն արտասովոր, նույնիսկ զարմանալի քայլ էր, քանի որ Ռուսաստանը նման թափանցիկություն այլ երկրներին զենք մատակարարելիս հազվադեպ է ցույց տալիս: Նրա կարծիքով՝ այս խնդրի վերաբերյալ ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության հայտարարությունն անուղղակի բացատրեց ցանկի հրապարակման դրդապատճառը: «Ըստ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակի՝ Ռուսաստանը լավ հարաբերություններ ունի թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ, եւ կշարունակի զենք վաճառել երկուսին: Չնայած ռուսական զենքի վաճառքն Ադրբեջանին թուլացնում է Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգությունը, եւ չնայած ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ ունեցած դաշնակցային պարտավորություններին, միեւնույն է, Ռուսաստանը որեւէ կերպ չի սահմանափակելու ռազմական առեւտուրն Ադրբեջանի հետ: Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջանի հիմնական զենքի մատակարարն է ներկայումս:
Որեւէ հիմք չկա ակնկալելու, որ Ռուսաստանը կամավոր կզիջի ադրբեջանական շուկան մեկ այլ արտահանողի, մանավանդ որ, պաշտոնական Հայաստանը չի ցանկանում կամ անկարող է որեւէ կերպ ազդել իր ամենակարեւոր դաշնակցի վարքի վրա: Ռուսական տկար տնտեսության համար ռազմական արտահանումները շարունակելը շատ կարեւոր են, հատկապես, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ այդ ոլորտը հատկապես տուժել է արեւմտյան պատժամիջոցների թիրախներից մեկը լինելու պատճառով»,- ասաց Գեւորգյանը: Վերջինիս դիտարկումներով՝ հայկական կողմը վաղուց արդեն որդեգրել է ռուսական զենքի վաճառքն արդարացնելու դիրքորոշումը: Ուստի Գեւորգյանը չի կարծում, թե ՀՀ իշխանությունները կարձագանքեն Բաքվին զինելու ռուսական հավաստիացումներին, կամ Հայաստանին վաճառվող զինացուցակի հրապարակմանը:
«Պաշտոնական Երեւանը կնախընտրի, որ ցուցակի հետ կապված էպիզոդն արագ մոռացվի»,- ասաց Գեւորգյանը: Բրիտանաբնակ վերլուծաբանի գնահատմամբ՝ զինացուցակի հրապարակումը հարված էր Հայաստանի համար, քանի որ անտեսում է ՀՀ-ի անվտանգության շահերը եւ «հուշում» Ադրբեջանին, թե ինչ զինատեսակներ կարող է ձեռք բերել Ռուսաստանից»:
