ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ մարզի Սպիտակ քաղաքի «Ղալթաղչի» կոչվող կայարանում մարդատար գնացքի՝ «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային բախվելու դեպքի առթիվ, որի հետևանքով ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը մահացել է։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հուլիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 09:03-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Լոռու մարզի Սպիտակ քաղաքի «Ղալթաղչի» կոչվող կայարանում մարդատար գնացքը բախվել է «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 09:00-ի սահմաններում N 3402 բեռնատար գնացքը Գյումրի-Այրում երկաթգծի «Ղալթաղչի» կայարանի մոտակայքում բախվել է Լուսաղբյուր գյուղի գյուղապետ Մանվել Խաչատրյանի վարած «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային: Վթարի հետևանքով գյուղապետը մահացել է։

Վթարի պահին ավտոմեքենայի մեջ են եղել գյուղապետի երկու մանկահասակ երեխաները՝ 7 տարեկան որդին, 5 տարեկան դուստրը, և 16-ամյա մի աղջիկ։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 5-ամյա երեխան և 16-ամյա աղջիկն ստացել են վնասվածքներ և տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի առթիվ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 241-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։ Քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու վթարի պատճառները։
