Վարդան Պետրոսյանը եւ ավտովթարից տուժած Հակոբյանները հաշտության համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել

Դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանի եւ նրա մասնակցությամբ ավտովթարից տուժած Հակոբյանների միջեւ մարտի 3-ին հաշտության համաձայնագիր է ստորագրվել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Վարդան Պետրոսյանի փաստաբան Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը:
«Պայմանավորվածությունը հետևյալն է: Հակոբյանների ընտանիքը հրաժարվում է բոլոր պահանջներից, փոխարենը դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանը Հակոբյաններին փոխհատուցում է 2 մլն դրամի ծախսերը: Փաստաղթային համաձայնության մասին է խոսքը, ինչ վերաբերում է կողմերի հաշտությանը, ապա ես հիշեցնեմ, որ Վարդան Պետրոսյանը հենց սկզբից հաշտության ձեռք է մեկնել և միշտ էլ կողմնակից է եղել հաշտությանը: Դա կարևոր է քայլ է»,-ասաց Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ դատարանը դեռ պետք է հաստատի այս համաձայնագիրը: Գործով որոշումը կհրապարակվի մարտի 15-ին:
2013թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Եղվարդ-Երեւան մայրուղու 32-րդ կմ-ում երկու ավտոմեքենա միմյանց էին բախվել: Պատահարի հետեւանքով 7 մարդ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց, այդ թվում՝ դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանը: Ավելի ուշ 16-ամյա Էդգար եւ Էդուարդ Հակոբյանները մահացել էին. նրանք երկու եղբոր որդիներ էին: Վարդան Պետրոսյանը դատապարտվել է 5 տարվա ազատազրկման, որից երեք տարին պատիժը կկրի բաց ռեժիմով:
