Ստեփանավանի ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակիցը որդիների հետ կալանավորված է քննիչներին ծեծի ենթարկելու փաստով

Փետրվարի վերջին Լոռու մարզի դատարանի վարույթ է ընդունվել Գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից ուղարկված գործը՝ ըստ Վարուժան և Արծրուն ու Ալեքսանդր Մովսիսյանների մեղադրանքի՝ Քր. օր.-ի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ, 6-րդ, 9-րդ կետերով, 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով՝ դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը, որը կատարվել է անձի նկատմամբ՝ կապված այդ անձի կողմից իր ծառայողական գործունեության կամ հասարակական պարտքի կատարման հետ, մի խումբ անձանց կողմից, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, և Խուլիգանությունը՝ դիտավորությամբ հասարակական կարգը կոպիտ կերպով խախտելը, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից և զուգորդվել է իշխանության ներկայացուցչին կամ հասարակական կարգի պահպանության պարտականություն իրականացնող կամ հասարակական կարգի խախտումը խափանող անձին դիմադրություն ցույց տալով:
Այսպիսով, ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակից Վարուժան Մովսիսյանն ու նրա երկու որդիները մեղադրվում են այն բանի համար, որ 2015թ. հունիսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 23.37-ի սահմաններում, խմբի կազմում կատարել են՝ անձի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով, հասարակական կարգի խախտումը խափանող անձին դիմադրություն ցույց տալով, ուրիշի գույքը ոչնչացնելով և վնասելով զուգորդված խուլիգանություն: Ինչպես նաև խմբի կազմում, խուլիգանական դրդումներով և, կապված անձի կողմից հասարակական պարտքի կատարման հետ, տվյալ անձի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ պատճառել են ծանր վնաս:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Էդիկ Կոստանյանն ու նույն բաժնի քննիչ Գագիկ Այվազյանը տուժող են ճանաչված: Որպես իրեղեն ապացույց գործում ներկայացված են տուժողներ Էդիկ Կոստանդյանի և Գագիկ Այվազյանի, մեղադրյալներ Վարուժան, Ալեքսանդր և Արծրուն Մովսիսյանների հագուստները, տուժող Էդիկ Կոստանդյանի բժշկական փաստաթղթերը: Հայր և որդի Մովսիսյանների նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրված կալանավորումը:
