Հովհաննես Սահակյանը չի տեսնում լրագրողների իրավունքների սահմանափակում Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծում

Ինչպես հայտնի է, հրապարակվել է Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագիծը, որն այսօր հավանության արժանացավ կառավարության կողմից: Երեկվանից այն հասանելի է ՀՀ կառավարության կայքում: Նախագիծը սահմանված կարգով կներկայացվի ԱԺ քննարկմանը: Որոշ լրագրողական և իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ մտահոգություն են հայտնել այն հարցի շուրջ, որ նոր օրենսգրքում սահմանափակված է ընտրական գործընթացներին հենց տեղամասերից հետևող լրագրողների և դիտորդական կազմակերպությունների թիվը: Յուրաքանչյուր ընտրատեղամասում միաժամանակ չի կարող գտնվել 8-ից ավելի տեղացի դիտորդ ու լրատվամիջոցի ներկայացուցիչ:

Past.am-ը ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Սահակյանին հարցրել է՝ հետընթաց չէ՞ նման սահմանափակումը: Սահակյանն ասաց, որ այդպես չի համարում: Ըստ նրա՝ այդ հարցերը կքննարկվեն, քանի որ նախագիծը մտել է քննարկման փուլ:

«Ինչպես գիտեք, այսօր կառավարությունը քննարկեց և հաստատեց Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, շուտով այն կուղարկի Ազգային ժողով: Այդ բոլոր հարցերն ավելի բովանդակային, ավելի հիմնավոր կքննարկենք և կտանք պատասխաններ: Օրինակ՝ վստահված անձինք 2-ն են, բայց 1-ն է գտնվելու տեղամասում: Լրագրողներն էլ կարող են աշխատել թե՛ընտրատեղամասում, թե՛ դրանից դուրս: Դա էլ կարող է օգտակար լինել: Չեմ կարծում, որ լրագրողների իրավունքների որոշակի սահմանափակում կա, բայց կարելի է այդ հարցերը քննարկել, հետո վերջնական եզրահանգման գալ և տալ պատասխան»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:
