Էլեկտրոնային առևտուրը կնպաստի ստվերային տնտեսության կրճատմանը

Կառավարությունն այսօր հավանության է արժանացրել «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում», «Հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման մասին», «Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին», «Սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքերում փոփոխությունների նախագծերի փաթեթը:
Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ օրինագծերի ընդունման արդյունքում Հայաստանում կձևավորվի էլեկտրոնային առևտրի և գործարքների էլեկտրոնային եղանակով կնքման համար բարենպաստ օրենսդրական միջավայր, ինչն իրավական հիմքեր կստեղծի երկրում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի հետագա զարգացման համար: Այն կնպաստի Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային հասարակությանը բնորոշ ծառայությունների զարգացմանը, կօգնի օգտվել էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ընձեռած հնարավորություններից, կխթանի հայ և արտերկրի գործարարների միջև առավել սերտ կապերի հաստատմանը և ընկերությունների կողմից նորարարությունների մեջ ներդրումների իրականացմանը, ինչն իր հերթին կհանգեցնի Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացմանն ու մրցունակության բարձրացմանը:
Էլեկտրոնային առևտուրը կնպաստի նաև ստվերային տնտեսության և շրջանառության կրճատմանը Հայաստանում: ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ ուսումնասիրության տվյալների համաձայն` 15 տոկոսով էլեկտրոնային վճարումների կիրառման ավելացումը հանգեցնում է 7 տոկոսով ստվերային տնտեսության կրճատմանը:
