«ՀՀ կառավարությունը վերջապես հրապարակեց Համաշխարհային բանկից ներգրավելիք տխրահռչակ 30 միլիոն դոլարի նոր վարկի ծախսման ծրագիրը։ Գումարի մեծ մասը՝ մոտ 70 տոկոսը, տրամադրվելու է Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ին, մյուս մասը՝ ՀԱԷԿ-ին։
Բայց ամենաուշագրավը այդ ծրագրում նշված մի քանի փաստերն են, որոնք պարզապես սահմռկեցուցիչ են։ Պարզվում է, որ մեր էներգահամակարգի ձեռնարկությունները հսկայական պարտքեր են կուտակել իրենց գործունեության հետ որևէ կապ չունեցող պատճառներով։ Մասնավորապես, Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ը և Որոտանի կասկադը, լինելով ծայրահեղ ծանր Ֆինանսական դրության մեջ, մոտ 100 միլիոն դոլարի պարտքեր են տվել «Նաիրիտին» և Վանաձորի «Քիմպրոմին»։ Ավելի ստույգ, կառավարությունը այս ընկերությունների անունով բարձր տոկոսներով վարկեր է ներգրավել և վճարել «Նաիրիտի» ու «Քիմպրոմի» աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ 100 միլիոն դոլար։ Արդյոք այդ ամբողջ գումարը ուղղվե՞լ է նշված նպատակին, արդեն շատ դժվար է ասել։ Ու հիմա այդ 100 միլիոն դոլարի վրա ամեն օր, ամեն ժամ տոկոս է գալիս, միայն վերջին երկու ամիսների ընթացքում մոտ 600 հազար դոլարի տոկոս է «ֆռռացել» այդ վարկի վրա։ Ծրագրի այլ մանրամասներին կանդրադառնանք առաջիկայում»,–գրում է թերթը։
