Գյումրիում կշարունակվի Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստը

Գյումրու ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում մարտի 4-ին կշարունակվի Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով արտագնա դատական նիստը: Այս անգամ ևս, ինչպես նախորդ դատական նիստերին, դատաքննական փուլի շրջանակում կհարցաքննվեն գործով այն վկաները, ովքեր կապ են ունեցել Պերմյակովի որոնման , հայտնաբերման ու ձերբակալման գործընթացի հետ: Այս մասով ներգրավված է 16 վկա: Նրանց մեծ մասը` այդ թվում նաև այդ գործընթացը կանոնակարգող ջոկատի հրմանատարի պաշտոնակատար Սերգեյ Մերզլիկինը, արդեն ներկայացել են դատարան: Գործով այս վկաները 2012 սահմանապահ ջոկատից են: Շատ հանգամանքեր, որոնք կապված են այդ գործողություների հետ, դատական մարմինների համարդեռ անհասկանալի են: Երբեմն հնչում են իրարամերժ ցուցմունքեր ոչ միայն տվյալ ջոկատի տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների, այլ նաև տվյալ անձի ներկա ու նախաքննական հարցաքննություններում:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամի սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում« նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն« այնուհետև յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելո ւ փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
