Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի անդամ Հովհաննես Ղազարյանը կդիմի ՄԻԵԴ

«Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» Լոռու մարզի համակարգող Հովհաննես Ղազարյանը պատրաստվում է դիմել Մարու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան՝ Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից իր նկատմամբ ապօրինություններ կիրառելու համար:
2015 թվականին, ի թիվս «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» մի շարք անդամների, Լոռու մարզի համակարգող Հովհաննես Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվել է քաղաքական հետապնդում: Մասնավորապես, 2015 թ. ապրիլի 7-ին նրա բնակարանում եւ նրա տրամադրության տակ գտնվող գրասենյակում կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, ինչից հետո վերջինս, առանց իրավական հիմքի, բերման է ենթարկվել ՀԿԳ վարչություն՝ վկայի կարգավիճակով, որտեղ մնացել է 11 ժամ:
Հովհաննես Ղազարյանի իրավունքների պաշտպանության նպատակով Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի կողմից ներգրավվել են փաստաբաններ Ա. Հարությունյանը եւ Ա. Սուքիասյանը: Խուզարկության ընթացքում ապօրինաբար առգրավված իրերը վերադարձնելու, ինչպես նաեւ խուզարկություն կատարելու թույլտվության մասին դատարանի որոշումների պատճենները տրամադրելու պահանջով դիմում է ներկայացվել ՀԿԳ Քննչական վարչություն: Մերժում ստանալուց հետո բողոք է ներկայացվել դատախազություն, ապա՝ դատարան:
Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բողոքը բավարարել է մասնակիորեն` Ղազարյանին հնարավորություն ընձեռելով օգտվել կասկածյալի կամ մեղադրյալի իրավունքներից, սակայն մերժել է 2015թ. ապրիլի 4-ին նրա բնակարանում եւ գրասենյակում կատարված խուզարկության ընթացքում թույլ տրված իրավունքների խախտումների փաստացի ճանաչման եւ առգրավված իրերի վերադարձման պահանջները, որոնց մասով ներկայացվել է վերաքննիչ բողոք: 2015 թ. հոկտեմբերի 19-ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը մերժել է այս բողոքը: Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի վերոնշյալ որոշման դեմ Ղազարյանի ներկայացուցիչ Արթուր Սուքիասյանի կողմից 2015 թ. նոյեմբերի 14-ին ներկայացվել է վճռաբեկ բողոք: Սակայն Վճռաբեկ դատարանն էլ իր հերթին է մերժել վարույթ ընդունել Ղազարյանի ներկայացուցչի հայցը:
Այժմ Հովհաննես Ղազարյանի ներկայացուցիչներ Ա. Սուքիասյանը եւ Ա. Հարությունյանը պատրաստվում են դիմել Մարդու իրավունքների Եվրոպական դատարան:
