Բաքուն ձերբազատվում է անիմաստ ծախսերից

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նավթադոլարների առատ տարիներին Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները սեփական PR-ը կազմակերպելու համար ոչնչի առաջ կանգ չէին առնում՝Եվրատեսիլ էին գնում ու անցկացնում,Եվրաօլիմպիադա կազմակերպում,աշխարհահռչակ աստղերի հրավիրում Բաքու և այլն...Այդ "և այլն"-ի մեջ էր մտնում նաև Բաքվում 2007 թ-ից անցկացվող ճանաչված թավջութակահար և դիրիժոր Մստիսլավ Ռոստրոպովիչին նվիրված փառատոնը...Բաքուն,շատ դեպքերում հայ-ադրբեջանական կոնֆլիկտից հեռու Ռոստրոպովիչին օգտագործում էր հակահայ քարոզչության համար...Բաքվում ծնված թավջութակահարը կատարում էր Իլհամ Ալիևի պատվերը,իսկ դրամ դիմաց էլ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շատ ճոխ վարձահատույց էին լինում Ռոստրոպովիչից,իսկ նրա մահից հետո էլ փառատոն կազմակերպում նրա պատվին...Ութ տարի անընդմեջ Ալիևը կազմակերպում էր այս փառատոնը...
Սակայն այսօր,Ռոստորոպովիչի դուստրը՝Օլգան, ԻՏԱՌ-ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում անկեղծորեն ասել էր,որ Ադրբեջանում ֆինանսական սղության և ճգնաժամի պատճառով այս տարի իր հորը նվիրված փառատոնը չի կայանալու...Այսինքն,ժամանակին Բաքում ինչ որ պետք էր ստացավ Ռոստրոպովիչից,իսկ հիմա,քանի որ նա ողջ չէ,կարելի է ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի պատրվակով չեղյալ հայտարարել նրա հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառումը...2007 թ-ին մահացած Ռոստրոպովիչը չի նեղանա ողջ Իլհամ Ալիևից այս անմակարդակ քայլի համար...Նույն այս ֆինանսական սղության պայմաններում Ի.Ալիևը, եթե անհրաժեշտ լինի մի քանի միլիոն դոլար կծախսի և Բաքու կհրավիրի Լեդի Գագային կամ Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսին՝երկու-երեք երգի համար...Չնայած,չեմ զարմանում՝ու՜ր քոչվոր թուրքը,ու՜ր՝ դասական երաժշտությունը...Ֆինանսական ճգնաժամը բացահայտում է ազեր-կոյունլուների իրական ճաշակը...
Հ.Գ.Հունիսի 17-19 Բաքվում տեղի կունենա Ֆորմուլա 1-ի Գրան պրին...Պաշտոնական Բաքուն հայտարարում է,որ այդ "հրաշքը" կազմակերպելու համար ծախսել է մոտ 20 մլն.ԱՄՆ դոլլար...Իսկ ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր մամուլը հայտարարում է,որ ծախսերը եռակի գերազանցում են պաշտոնական տվյալները...Ինչպես ասում են՝"Խրախճանք ժանտախտի ժամանակ"...
Իսկ Բաքուն ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի պատրվակով չեղարկում է Ռոստրոպովիչի անվան փառատոնը...Այդ փառատոնը Իլհամ Ալիևի համար անիմաստ ծախս է...
