Կրեմլն անհանգստացած Է միջուկային ուժեր կիրառելու պատրաստակամության վերաբերյալ ԿԺԴՀ-ի հայտարարություններից եւ զսպվածության Է կոչում բոլորին: Այդ մասին հայտարարել Է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ- ին:
«Անտարակույս, դա բավականին լուրջ մտահոգություն Է առաջացնում եւ, իհարկե, մենք ամենաուշադիր կերպով հետեւում ենք իրադրության զարգացմանը եւ հույս ունենք, որ տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրները եւ երրորդ երկրները զսպվածություն եւ հավասարակշռություն կպահպանեն այս ոչ դյուրին իրավիճակում»,-ասել Է նա:
Ինչպես արդեն հաղորդվել Է, ի պատասխան ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձեւի, որը խստացնում Է Փենյանի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները, ԿԺԴՀ-ն կատարել Է նոր բազմանպատակ հրթիռային կայանքի փորձարկումներ, որոնք ղեկավարել Է հանրապետության առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընը:
Նշելով առաջիկա ամերիկա-հարավկորեական զորավարժությունների վտանգավոր բնույթը՝ ԿԺԴՀ-ի ղեկավարը հայտարարել Է, որ երկիրը «ցանկացած պահի պետք Է պատրաստ լինի միջուկային մարտագլխիկների օգտավործմանն ինքնապաշտպանության նպատակով»: Նա գիտնականներին եւ տեխնոլոգներին կոչ Է արել՝ «միջոցներ ձեռնարկել դիմադարձման միջուկային ուժերի հետագա ամրապնդման համար»:
