Եզդիները շուտով կպահանջեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը

Տիգրանուհի Դավթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքի նախագծով նախատեսվում է Ազգային Ժողովում ՀՀ ազգային փոքրամասնություննրի միջև բաշխել 4 մանդատ: Նպատակն այն է, որ ազգային փորամասնությունները հնարավորինս շատ ներգրավվեն հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում: Ազգային ժողովում վերջիններս հնարավորություն կստանան բարձրաձայնել իրենց համայքների խնդիրները:

Ինչպես երևում է, սակայն, այս փաստը չի գոհացրել եզդիական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին: Նրանց կարծիքով մեկ մանդատը ոչ միայն բավական չէ, այլ նաև եզդիներին պետք է հատկացնել փոխոստիկանապետերի, մարզպետերի և այլ պաշտոններ: Այսօր կայքերից մեկի հետ զրուցում եզդիական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչն ասել է. «Եթե ՀՀ իշխանություններն իրապես մտահոգված են ազգային փոքրամասնությունների, այս դեպքում` եզդիական համայնքի խնդիրներով, կարող են ոչ թե պատգամավորական մանդատ հատկացնել, այլ ՏԻՄ-ում ազգությամբ եզդի պաշտոնյաների ներառել` փոխմարզպետներ, վարչությունների պետեր, փոխոստիկանապետներ և այլն: Մինչ այժմ նման բան տեղի չի ունեցել, բայց եթե այսպիսի պրակտիկա մտցվի, վստահաբար ավելի արդյունավետ աշխատանք կստացվի»:

Նախ ի՞նչ է նշանակում «եթե իրապես մտահոգված են», այսինքն մտահոգվում են, երբ պաշտոններ են տալի՞ս: Մյուս կողմից էլ, եթե պաշտոն տան կնշանակի, որ մտահոգվում ե՞ն: Անկեղծ ասած տրամաբանական որևէ շղթա չկա: Սա կոչվում է առևտուր:
Չեմ կարծում, թե եզդիական համայնքի խնդիրներն այնքան են տարանջատվում հասարակության մյուս անդամների խնդիրներից, որ ԱԺ-ում առանձնահատուկ ներգրավվածություն է պետք իրենց հարցերը բարձրացնելու համար: Հայաստանի հասարակության խնդիրները տարբեր կերպով բարձրացվում են տարբեր պետական կառույցներում: Միթե այնպիսի անջրպետ է առաջացել երկու ժողովուրդների միջև, որ եզդիների խնդիրները բարձրաձայնելու համար հատուկ խմբակցություն է պետք ձևավորել: Ամենևին պետք չէ թերագնահատել ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին...:

Այսպես լավ չէր, կարող են միանգամից ՀՀ-ում գործող բոլոր հնարավոր պաշտոններն ուզել, էլ ինչի են սկսում պատգամավորից: Թող միանգամից ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորքերի հրամանատարի պաշտոնն էլ ուզեն փակենք հարցը, գնանք գործերով:

Բացի այս, կարծում եմ պետք չէ ժամանակից առաջ անցնել: Սա եզդի համայնքին հնարավորություն է տալիս ավելի ակտիվ կերպով ներգրավվել քաղաքական գործընթացներում : Եվ ոչ ոք չի կարող բացառել, որ նրանք ինչ որ ժամանակ անց ԱԺ-ում մեկի փոխարեն կունենան մի քանի մանդատ:
