Ի՞նչն է ամենահրաշալի բանը ճանապարհորդությունների մեջ: Ինչպես ասել է գրող Լոուրենս Բլոկը. «Ամենահիանալի բանը, որ կարող է զգալ ճանապարհորդող մարդը՝ դա մի բան գտնելն է, ինչը նա չէր փնտրում»:
Բացահայտումներից և անսպասելի իրավիճակներց ոչ ոք ապահովագրված չէ: Միայն բացարձակ անհետաքրքիր և ձանձրալի մարդը ունակ չէ գնահատել այն անակնկալը, որը կյանքն է նրա համար պատրաստել: Այդ պատճառով էլ, այս տղայի բախտն իսկապես բերել է:
Դա տեղի է ունեցել մեքսիկական փոքրիկ քաղաք Դուրանգոյում՝ Strater Hote հյուրանոցում: Երիտասարդը մտնելով հյուրանոցի իր համարը՝ սկսեց նայել այցելության գիրքը, երբ հանկարծակի նկատեց մի քանի գրառումների՝ այն մասին, որ գրասեղանի մեջ գաղտնի արկղ կա:
Դա վերևից աջ անկյունի գզրոցն էր հենց, այդ պատճառով էլ ոչինչ չէր խանգարել այցելուներին ուսումնասիրել այն, փոքրիկ հետազոտություն անցկացնել:
Գզրոցի տակ հին մետաղյա փական հայտնաբերվեց:
Երբ դա սեղմում էին, արկղի մեջից երկրորդ, ավելի փոքր արկղն էր դուրս թռչում:
Արկղի մեջ հայտնաբերվեց մի քանի դրամներ և գրություն այլ նման «փնտրողների» կողմից: «Եթե դու գտել ես այս գրությունը՝ ներքևում գրիր քո անունը և ինձ նամակ գրիր…»: Եվ ինչ, որ այստեղ ոչ մի միստիկա և ուրվականներ չկան. Կարծում եմ արձակուրդները սկսել նման արկածով՝ հազվագյուտ հաջողություն է: Ամեն դեպքում նա պատմելու բան կունենա:
