Չնայած Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրապարակային կոչերին` հարակից լրատվամիջոցներով միմյանց դեմ ինֆորմացիոն պատերազմներ չմղել, դեռ կկուն չկանչած` պայմանը խախտվում է:
Մասնավորապես, լրատվական դաշտը հեղեղվել է Յուքոմ ընկերությանը տրամադրված հարկային արտոնությունների շուրջ աղմկահարույց հրապարակումներով: Հետաքրքիր է, որ նախագիծը քլնգվում է առավելապես վարչապետամերձ լրատվականների կողմից, ինչը չի կարող պատահականությունների շարքից լինել: .
Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց նրանից, որ Էկոնոմիկայի նորանշանակ նախարար, ՀՅԴ-ական Արծվիկ Մինասյանը ներկայացրեց մի նախագիծ, որի քննարկումը երկու անգամ հետաձգվել էր նախորդ նախարարի՝ Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանի օրոք: Բայց հետո եղան հայտնի փոփոխությունները, և արդեն երեկ, նախագիծը ներկայացրեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ով վստահեցրեց, որ այս փաթեթը ուսումնասիրվել է իրենց նախարարությունում, և այն լրացուցիչ 340 աշխատատեղի խնդիր է լուծելու: Ու չնայած դաշնակցական նորանշանակ նախարարի դրական եզրակացությանը` մեր տեղեկություններով` վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը արել է ամեն ինչ` նախագիծը տապալելու համար, սակայն հետագայում լուրջ ճնշումների պատճառով ստիպված է եղել տեղի տալ: Ինչևէ, չնայած այս ամենին` նախագիծը հաստատվեց, ինչից հետո սկսվեց հայտնի գրոհը:
Ի դեպ, նույն այդ պայմանը խախտողները զուգահեռ արշավ են սկսել ՊԵԿ նորանշանակ նախագահ Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանի դեմ: Բնական է, եթե նորանշանակ ղեկավարին աշխատակազմին ներկայացնում է, ոչ թե վարչապետը, այլ անձամբ «Կուդասովը», կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ ՊԵԿ կրկին դուրս է լինելու վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ազդեցության տիրույթից՝ աշխատելու է ուղիղ նախագահի հետ, շրջանցելով վարչապետին:
