Երեխաների նկատմամբ հարգանքը պետք է լինի լրատվամիջոցներում նրանց վերաբերյալ նյութերի հիմքը

Երեխաների մասին լրատվական նյութերը պետք է կառուցվեն՝ հաշվի առնելով ՄԱԿ-ի երեխայի իրավունքների մասին կոնվենցիայով նախատեսված սկզբունքները, ինչպես նաև երեխաների մասին նյութերի լուսաբանման լրագրողական էթիկայի կանոնները: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին մարտի 4-ի լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց եր եխաների պաշտպանությանցանցի (ԵՊՑ) նախագահ ՄիրաԱնտոնյանը:
«Մենք լրագրողներին համարում ենք մեր գործընկերները, նրանց աշխատանքը մեր ցանցի ներսում կարող է օժանդակել, որ երեխաների վերաբերյալ խնդիրները լուծում ստանան, կամ կարող է առաջացնել լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ: Մենք ամենօրյա մեր աշխատանքի մեջ աշխատում ենք ընտանիքների և երեխաների հետ, եւ հատկապես այն ժամանակ, երբ նրանք գտնվում են խոցելի վիճակում, նրանք հատուկ լուսաբանման կարիք ունեն»,- շեշտեց մասնագետը:
Ըստ Միրա Անտոնյանի` երեխայի մասին լուսաբանումը չպետք է որևէ կերպ վնասի երեխային կամ վնաս հասցնելու սպառնալիք հանդիսանա: Տեղեկատվությունը չպետք է հրապարակվի բացասական լույսի ներքո, ինչը կարող է պիտակավորման ազդեցություն ունենալ: « Ցավոք` հաճախ ենք առնչվում հոդվածների, որոնցում մասնավորապես նշվել են հաստատությունների անունները, երեխաների անուն ազգանունները, տեղադրվել են լուսանկարներ, որտեղ բացահայտ երևում են երեխաների դեմքերը: Այստեղ պետք է հաշվի առնել այն, որ երեխայի հանդեպ հարգանքը առաջնայինն է, և այն լուսաբանումների հիմքը պետք է լինի»:
ԵՊՑ անդամ Արշակ Գասպարյանը նշեց, որ իրավական տեսանկյունից բոլորի անձնական կյանքը լիապես պաշտպանված է, հատկապես՝ անչափահասներինը. «Լրատվամիջոցներից մեկը հրապարակել է հոդված «Արտակարգ դեպք Երևանում» վերնագրով, որում փրկարարների ճիշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում գիշերօթիկ հաստատություններից մեկում կանխվել է երեխաներից մեկի ինքնասպանության փորձը: Հոդվածում նշվել է երեխայի անձնական տվյալները, լուսանկարներ, որոնցում երևում է երեխայի դեմքը, հաստատության անունը և այլ տվյալներ: Երեխայի մասին լուսաբանումը չպե տք է այսքան մանրամասն լինի, որպեսզի հետագայում բարդություններ չառաջացնի»:
ԵՊՑ-ն միավորում է երեխաների հարցերով զբաղվող 39 հասարակական կազմակերպություն: ԵՊՑ-ն գործում է 2005 թվականից, պաշտոնապես գրանցվել է 2012 թվականից: Կազմակերպությունը իր գործունեությամբ նպաստում է երեխաների բարեկեցությանը` մասնակցություն ունենալով երկրում տեղի ունեցող օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներին, որոնք ուղղված են երկրում երեխաների պաշտպանության համակարգի հզորացմանը:
2012 թվականից ԵՊՑ-ն անդամակցում է Սևծովյան տարածաշրջանային կոալիցիային, որը համախմբում է այս ոլորտում տասը երկրներից ավելի քան 600 կազմակերպություն:
