Քննիչները պարզել են Նոր Գյուղում հայտնաբերված դիակի ինքնությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է մարտի 3-ին Աբովյան քաղաքի գերեզմանատան մոտ հայտնաբերված դիակի ինքնությունը, նշանակվել է փորձաքննություն՝ մահվան պատճառը պարզելու համար։
Մարտի 3-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Աբովյան քաղաքի գերեզմանատան մոտ գտնվող եկեղեցու հարակից տարածքում դիակ կա: Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ դատաբժշկի, փորձագետի հետ միասին, և Նոր Գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող գերեզմանատան հարակից հատվածում՝ քարերի մեջ, հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դի, որի գոտկատեղից վերևի հատվածը բացակայել է։ Տարածքի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է ծնոտ և գանգ։
Փորձագետների հետ միասին, դիակի նախնական զննությամբ, ողջամիտ կասկած է առաջացել նրա ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով հանդիսանում է ծերանոցի բնակիչ և 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերից համարվում է անհետ կորած։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հայտնաբերված դին ճանաչման է ներկայացվել անհետ կորած ճանաչված անձի քրոջը, ով դիակի ձախ ոտքի ծնկային հատվածում առկա սպիից ճանաչել է նրան և հայտնել, որ այն հանդիսանում է իր եղբայրը:
Դիակի հագին եղած հագուստները ճանաչման են ներկայացվել ծերանոցի տնօրենին, ով հավաստել է, որ դրանք պատկանել են իրենց բնակչին։
Հայտնաբերված դիակից վերցվել են եղունգի նմուշներ՝ դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու նպատակով:
Տուժածի անհետ կորելու վերաբերյալ ոստիկանությունում ահազանգ է ստացվել 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին. ծերանոցի տնօրենը հայտնել է, որ նույն օրը՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաներում, նա դուրս է եկել ծերանոցից և չի վերադարձել: Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում տղամարդը չի հայտնաբերվել, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։
Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ տղամարդն ունեցել է հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված որոշ խնդիրներ և հաշվառման մեջ է գտնվել Երևանի «Նորք հոգեբուժական կոնտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում: Բացի այդ, նա նախկինում աջ ոտքի ծնկային հատվածում մի քանի անգամ վիրահատության է ենթարկվել, որի պատճառով կենդանության օրոք քայլելիս կաղել է և ունեցել նշված ոտքի հետվիրահատական սպի:
Տղամարդու մահվան պատճառը, մարմնական վնասվածքների առկայությունը, բնույթն ու տեղակայումը պարզելու, ինչպես նաև քրեական գործի համար նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հարցեր պարզաբանելու համար նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական և դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:
