INTERVIEW
Մի քանի օր առաջ հրապարակվեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի 1-7 գլուխները: Մեծ մասամբ նախագիծը քննադատվում է թե՛ մասնագետների և վերլուծաբանների շրջանակներում, թե՛ շարքային քաղաքացիների կողմից:
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը կիսվեց սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի հետ կապված իր տպավորություններով: Մարտիրոսյանը մասնավորապես նշեց. «Տպավորություններս խիստ բացասական են, ինչպես ողջ գործընթացի, այնպես էլ՝ նախագծի նկատմամբ»:
Հարցին՝ ո՞ր դրույթներն են հատկապես վտանգներ պարունակում, պարոն Մարտիրոսյանը պատասխանեց. «Միակուսակցական համակարգ ստեղծելու նախագիծ է սա՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոչ թե պետական խնդիրները լուծելուն ուղղված սահմանադրություն է,այլ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Հանրապետական կուսակցության խնդիրները լուծելուն ուղղված սահմանադրություն է:
Երկրորդ փուլ, համամասնական համակարգ, որը ռեյտինգային է լինելու,որը նշանակում է իրենց ուզած մարդկանց բերել խորհրդարան և կուսակցություններում պառակտումներ մտցնել: Եթե պարզ, համամասնական լիներ, էլի ոչինչ: Այն, որ ԱԺ-ի մեծամասնությունը դատավորներ է ընտրելու և այլն: Մի խոսքով՝ ամբողջը գնում է դեպի միակուսակցական համակարգ» :
Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս պետք է ընդդիմադիր ուժերը կամ այս գործընթացին դեմ ուժերը համախմբում իրականացնեն, մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց. «Մի փոքր վաղ է այս մասին խոսել: Կարծում եմ,որ քննարկումների դաշտ կա հիմա,երբ ավարտվեն քննարկումները, նոր կարելի է դրա մասին բարձրաձայնել: Կարիք չկա որևէ բան ասել, որովհետև ճիշտը միասնական մոտեցումն է, որը կլինի քննարկումներից հետո»:
