Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում կոլեգիայի նիստ է վարել

Հուլիսի 17-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղի ունեցավ կոլեգիայի նիստ, որը վարում էր ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը. տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:

Նիստին մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անդամներ, կենտրոնական ապարատի, մարզային և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ:
Ոստիկանության ծառայությունների և տարածքային մարմինների 2015 թ. առաջին կիսամյակի  օպերատիվ-ծառայողական գործունեության արդյունքների մասին զեկույցով հանդես եկավ ոստիկանության պետի առաջին տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հունան Պողոսյանը:

Դրական գնահատելով հաշվետու շրջանում ոստիկանության գործունեության արդյունքները, օպերատիվ աշխատանքը, ծառայողների պատրաստականությունը՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը իրականացվող բարեփոխումների շրջանակում կարևորեց նաև կադրային քաղաքականությունը:

Ոստիկանության պետն անդրադարձավ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքին, հանրությանը մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացման, ոստիկանության հանդեպ հանրային վստահության ամրապնդման խնդիրներին: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը կրկին ընդգծեց օրենքի գերակայության և օրենքի առաջ բոլորի հավասարության գիտակցության ամրագրման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Ոստիկանության անձնակազմին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Բաղրամյան պողոտայի նստացույցի ժամանակ դրսևորած պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի, բարձր պատրաստականության և ճշգրիտ գործողությունների համար՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը նշեց, որ այս օրերին մշակված և փորձություն անցած մարտավարությունը պետք է օրինակելի և կիրարկելի լինի ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների հետագա ծառայության ընթացքում:

Հաշվետու զեկույցին հաջորդած քննարկումից հետո կոնկրետ ցուցումներ և հանձնարարականներ տրվեցին մարզային և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ու ծառայությունների պետերին:
