«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական ու աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը ստիպում են էլ ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել սպառազինության բիզնեսին, որը, ինչպես ֆինանսական, այնպես էլ՝ քաղաքական լծակ է Կրեմլի համար: Իսկ սպառազինության վաճառքը ԼՂ հակամարտության կողմերին, նորություն չէ, որ բիզնես է Ռուսաստանի համար: Այստեղ ոչինչ չի փոխվել` Ռուսաստանը վաճառում է զինամթերք եւ՛ Հայաստանին, եւ՛ Ադրբեջանին, այդպիսով պահելով նաեւ ուժային հավասարակշռությունը հակամարտող կողմերի միջեւ, նաեւ գումար է աշխատում»,- «168 Ժամի» թղթակցի հետ զրույցում այս մասին է ասել ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Պավել Ֆելգենգաուերը՝ անդրադառնալով այն հրապարակումներին, որոնց համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններում խնդիրներ են առաջացել, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը չի կարողանում վճարել Բաքու առաքված ռուսական զենքի դիմաց:

Ըստ Ֆելգենգաուերի` չի բացառվում, որ Հայաստանին տրամադրվելիք զենքերի ցուցակն Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ ճնշում բանեցնելու նպատակով հրապարակվեց: Մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում մեկ այլ ռազմական փորձագետ՝ Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւն ասել է, որ չպետք է կապ տեսնել այս երկու իրադարձությունների միջեւ:

Ըստ նրա` ՌԴ-ն հրապարակել է զինացանկը, քանի որ ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում ուժային հավասարակշռությունը պահելու կողմնակից է: «Ես՝ որպես ռազմական փորձագետ, կարեւորում եմ ռազմական հավասարակշռությունը հատկապես այնպիսի տեսակների դեպքում, ինչպիսիք են ՏՕՍ-1 «Սոլնցեպյոկ» ծանր կրականետային համակարգը, կրակի ռեակտիվ «Ուրագան» համակարգը: Սրանք այն համակարգերն են, որոնց հարցում պետք է հավասարակշռություն լինի»,- ասել է Եվսեեւը:

Այսպիսով, ռուսները շարունակում են իրենց պարզունակ թեզը, թե ռուսական զենքն Ադրբեջանին է վաճառվում՝ միայն բիզնես նպատակներից ելնելով, ընդ որում, դա ասում են գրեթե դժգոհ տոնայնությամբ, այն իմաստով, որ հայկական կողմը պետք է անգամ շնորհակալություն հայտնի իր ռազմավարական դաշնակցին՝ իր հակառակորդին միայն բիզնես եւ ոչ թե՝ որեւէ այլ նպատակով զինելու համար:

Բայց ռուսներին այս հարցում մեղադրելը նույնքան պարզունակ կլինի, որքան իրենց իսկ թեզը՝ «մաքուր բիզնեսի» մասին: Նախ եւ առաջ՝ այն պարզ պատճառով, որ հայ «փորձագետների» ու քաղաքական գործիչների մեծ մասը՝ ռուսներից հետ չմնալով, պնդում է նույն այդ անհեթեթությունը՝ Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջանին զենք է վաճառում միայն բիզնես նպատակներով:

Իսկ «ռուսից ավելի ռուս» հայերի մի մասն էլ ավելի առաջ է գնում՝ հայտարարելով, թե շատ ավելի լավ է, որ մեր թշնամին զենք է գնում ոչ թե այլ՝ երրորդ երկրից, այլ՝ մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակից պետությունից, որտեղից մենք ստանում ենք նաեւ տրանսֆերտներ: Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հարցին, որ նաեւ այդ զենքով են սպանվում հայ զինվորները, ապա ոչ միայն՝ ռուս, այլ նաեւ՝ հայ «փորձագետներն» այդ մասին գերադասում են չխոսել: Դրա համար նրանց չեն վճարում»:
