«Հաղթանակ…հպարտություն, տոկունություն, վեհանձն դրսևորում, մարդկային ծայրահեղագույն արժանիքների ամփոփում այս մեկ բառում…Հաղթանակ….Մենք հաղթած ենք, քանզի մեր Մայրերը ծնել են Տիգրան Մեծ, Վարդան Մամիկոնյան, Դավիթ Բեկ, Մխիթար Սպարապետ, Զորավար Անդրանիկ, Գարեգին Նժդեհ, Հովհաննես Բաղրամյան, Մոնթե Մելքոնյան, Վազգեն Սարգսյան, Մովսիս Գորգիսյան և այլ քաջերի: Մեր Հերոսները տարբեր ժամանակներում առյուծի նման կռվեցին ու տարան բազում հաղթանակներ, բարոյական հաղթանակներ:

Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը թերևս կարող է տանել բարոյական հաղթանակ թեկուզ հենց նրանով, որ մենք հայրես անտեսելով սեփական վիշտն ու ցավը միշտ պատրաստ ենք օգնության ձեռք մեկնել դիմացինին: Ահավասիկ սա մարդկային մեծագույն հաղթանակն է, սա հոգու հաղթանակ է: Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս ու երազում, որ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը գեթ մի անգամ իր ներսում զգա հաղթանակի այն անբացատրելի բերկրանքը, հպարտությունը, ուրախությունը, որը զգացել են մեր հերոսները, որոնց շնորհիվ կանք մենք ու կլինենք մենք, որովհետև առջևում են մեր նոր հերոսները, այն զինվորները որոնք այսօր իրենց արյան գնով պաշտպանում են մեզ, խոնարահվում ենք նրանց Մայրերի առջև:
