«Տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների վերացումից հետո Իրանը աստիճանաբար սկսել է վերականգնել առևտրային հարաբերությունները արտաքին աշխարհի հետ: 

Պարսկալեզու մամուլն ուսումնասիրելով՝ մի ուշագրավ հանգամանք նկատեցինք. վերջին ժամանակաշրջանում իրանական գրեթե բոլոր առաջատար լրատվամիջոցները խիստ հետաքրքրական հրապարակումներով ակտիվորեն լուսաբանել են ՀՀ վարչապետի օգնական Տիգրան Կարապետյանի՝ օրերս կատարած այցը հարևան երկիր: Իրանական մամուլի փոխանցմամբ՝ այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել զբոսաշրջության և մշակույթի ոլորտներում իրանցի մի շարք պատասխանատուների հետ, որոնց  թվում են եղել Իրանի փոխնախագահի տեղակալ Մորթազա Ռահմանի Մովահհեդը, Թեհրանի, Սպահանի և Արևելյան Ատրպատական նահանգների զբոսաշրջության տեղական կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները, Արաքսի ազատ տնտեսական գոտու տնօրեն Մոհսեն Արաբբաղին, ինչպես նաև իրանական զբոսաշրջային բիզնեսի մասնավոր հատվածի ներկայացուցիչները, զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում դասավանդում և գիտական ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնող իրանցի դասախոսներ և գիտնականներ:

Իրանական աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ հարևան երկրի զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների պատասխանատուների հետ կայացած հանդիպումների ու բանակցությունների ընթացքում քննարկվել են կոնկրետ գործնական քայլեր, որոնց հնարավորին արագ իրականացման հետևանքով շոշափելիորեն կբարելավի հայ-իրանական զբոսաշրջային միջավայրը, կստեղծվի զբոսաշրջային և մշակութային ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության ապահովման համար անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքների որակապես նոր համակարգ, ինչը համահունչ պետք է լինի երկու բարեկամ երկրների ու ժողովուրդների հազարամյա հարաբերություններին և քաղաքակրթական ձեռքբերումներին:

Իրանական մամուլի կողմից առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության է արժանացել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի օգնականը աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում  առանձին հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Իսլամական Հանրապետության Սպահան և Արևելյան Ատրպատական նահանգների մշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանության և զբոսաշրջության կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարների հետ: Ընդգծելով հանդիպումների կարևորությունը՝ իրանական մամուլը գրել է, որ  Սպահան նահանգը  հայտնի է Նոր Ջուղայի հայկական պատմական թաղամասի հուշարձանային համալիրներով, իսկ երկրորդը ոչ միայն Իրանի կողմից ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային մշակութային ժառանգության ցուցակում ընդգրկված Սբ. Ստեփանոս և Սբ. Թադեոս հայկական վանքերով, այլ նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ անմիջական սահմանակցության հանգամանքով, ինչը առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն է հաղորդում վերջինիս:

  Կայացած հանդիպումների մասին իրանական ԶԼՄ-ների հրապարակումները, ինչ խոսք, հուսադրող են, իսկ դրանց արդյունավետությանը հնարավոր կլինի գնահատել առաջիկայում»,–գրում է թերթը։
