ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը ԱՄՆ Պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտի կողմից իրականացվող Սպառնալիքների համատեղ նվազեցման ծրագրի տնօրեն Էլիզաբեթ Ջորջի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկել է   Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի Ռեֆերենս լաբորատոր կենտրոնի վերանորոգման ընթացքը։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության և կապի բաժնից, նախարարը գոհունակություն է հայտնել կատարվող աշխատանքների որակի և ժամկետների պահպանման վերաբերյալ։  

«Հուսով եմ, որ 2016թ. մարտին մենք լաբորատորիան պաշտոնապես կփոխանցենք  հայկական կողմին»,- ասել է նա` հավելելով, որ ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլում կիրականացվի Սյունիքի, Գեղարքունիքի և Լոռու մարզերի լաբորատորիաների վերանորոգումն ու արդիականացումը։

Ծրագրի առաջին փուլում վերանորոգվում և արդիականացվում են  Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզերի լաբորատորիաները։  Էլիզաբեթ Ջորջը միաժամանակ շեշտել է, որ տպավորված է  գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքների ձեռքբերումներով։

«Ծրագրի բոլոր բաղադրիչներով արձանագրվող հաջողությունները պայմանավորված են նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության աջակցությամբ»,- նշել է տիկին Ջորջը։

Արմեն Մուրադյանը խիստ կարևորել է ԱՄՆ կառավարության աջակցությունը Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի Ռեֆերենս լաբորատորիայի  վերանորոգման և արդիականացման գործում։ Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ ԱՄՆ Պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտի Սպառնալիքների նվազեցման գործակալության  Սպառնալիքների համատեղ նվազեցման ծրագրի շրջանակում  աջակցություն կցուցաբերվի նաև կլինիկական ռեֆերենս լաբորատորիայի ստեղծման գործում։

«Մեր նպատակը կլինիկական լաբորատորիաների հավատարմագրումն է, և այս ենթատեքստում շատ կարևոր է կլինիկական ռեֆերենս լաբորատորիայի առկայությունը»,- ընդգծել է Արմեն Մուրադյանը` հույս հայտնելով, որ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը լավ հիմք կհանդիսանա հետագա  ծրագրերի իրականացման համար։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շարունակաբար ջանքեր է գործադրում սպառնալիքների նվազեցման ուղղությամբ: Այս առումով նշանակալի է ՀՀ և ԱՄՆ կառավարությունների միջև գործող «Կենսաբանական զենքերի ստեղծման մեջ օգտագործվելիք տեխնոլոգիայի, ախտածինների և փորձառության տարածման կանխարգելման ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին» համաձայնագիրը:

Կենսաբանական սպառնալիքների նվազեցման ուղղությամբ ԱՄՆ Պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտի Սպառնալիքների նվազեցման գործակալության  Սպառնալիքների համատեղ նվազեցման ծրագրի շրջանակում  զգալի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել գիտական հետազոտությունների ոլորտում, մեր  համաճարակաբանները, կենդանաբանները և վարակաբանները վերապատրաստվել են  ժամանակակից միջազգային մոտեցումներին համապատասխան:
