Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Ալիռեզա Մելլաթի կողմից մաքսանենգությամբ Իրանից Թեհրան-Երևան չվերթով 3 հազար 14 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով ափիոն տեսակի թմրամիջոց Երեւան տեղափոխելու առթիվ:

Մասնավորապես, ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի, Ալիռեզա Մելլաթին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա իր հոր` Մոսթաֆա Մելլաթի եւ ընկերոջ` Միլադ Շարիֆիի հետ, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության միասնական դիտավորություն ունենալով՝ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից Թեհրան-Երևան չվերթով մաքսանենգությամբ, մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելու եղանակով, Հայաստան են տեղափոխել թվով չորս հատ FOSTER CLARKS գրառմամբ գործարանային փակված մետաղյա տարաների մեջ թաքցված, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 3 հազար 14 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով ափիոն տեսակի թմրամիջոց: Այնուհետև, իրացման նպատակով թմրամիջոցն ապօրինի պահելով, փոխադրել են «Հայփոստ» ընկերության Սարյան փողոցի վրա գտնվող տեղամաս եւ փորձել Հայաստանից մաքսանենգությամբ, մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելու եղանակով՝ արտահանել դրանք Կանադա, սակայն ծանրոցը չի առաքվել՝ զննության արդյունքում դրանում առկա թմրամիջոցը հայտնաբերելու պատճառով: Ալիզեռա Մելլաթին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 215 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով եւ 266 հոդվածի երրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետով: Մելլաթի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
