ԱՄՆ Ջորջիա նահանգի կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչումն անմեղսունակության է հասցրել Բաքվին...Այս անգամ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն ոչ թե Բաքվում ԱՄՆ դեսպանին կանչել և բացատրություններ է պահանջել կամ բողոքի նոտա է հղել Վաշինգտոն,այլ կատարելագործել է իր գործելաոճը...Հիմա արդեն Բաքում հենց ինքն է բացատրություններ տալիս՝ մեջբերելով ԱՄՆ օրենքները և որոշում,թե ինչ իրավունքներ և պարտականություններ ունեն ԱՄՆ դաշնային և նահանգային իշխանությունները...Հենց այս կոնտեքստից էլ Ջորջիա նահանգի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման որոշումը մեկնաբանել են իրենց ադրբեջանցի անվանողները..."Համաձայն ԱՄՆ օրենսդրության որևէ տարածքային միավորման անկախության ճանաչման լիազորությունները գտնվում են դաշնային կառավարության ձեռքում...ԱՄՆ-ն ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմաններում...",-հայտարարել է Trend գործակալությանը Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը...Կարելի էր զարմանալ ազերի դիվանագետի լկտիության վրա,ով իրեն թույլ է տալիս մեկնաբանել մի բան,որը մեկնաբանելը նրա իրավասությունների մեջ չի մտնում...Բայց մենք գործ ունենք աներես թուրքի հետ,որից ամեն ինչ էլ սպասելի է...
Այն,ինչ պետք է մեկնաբաներ ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունը,անում է պաշտոնական Բաքուն...Բաքվում նստած ազերի դիվանագետներն ավելի լավ գիտեն ամերիկյան օրենքները,քան իրենց վաշինգտոնցի գործընկերները...Հետաքրքիր է,ի՞սկ Վաշինգտոնում տեսնես տեղյակ են,որ Հ.Հաջիևը կես դրույքաչափով ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունում էլ է մամլո խոսնակ աշխատում...Այսպես շարունակվելու դեպքում իրականությունից կտրված ազերի պաշտոնյաները շատ լուրջ խորհուրդներ կտան ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիներին,թե Բաքուն ում է ցանկանում տեսնել Սպիտակ տանը՝ որպես ԱՄՆ նախագահ...
Հ.Գ.Հիշեցնեմ,որ Ջորջիան վեցերորդ նահանգն է,որ ճանաչել է Արցախի անկախությունը...Մինչ այդ ԼՂՀ-ի անկախությունը ճանաչել էին Կալիֆորնիան,Լուիզիանան,Մենը,Մասաչուսեթսը և Ռոդ Այլենդը...Բաքուն այդ ժամանակել էր հիստերիայի մեջ ընկնում,բայց այսպիսի անմեղսունակ բաներ չէր անում...
