Ամեն առավոտ դուք արթնանում եք այն մտքով, որ չեք ցանկանում աշխատանքի գնալ։ Գուցե խնդիրը բուն աշխատանքի մեջ է։ Եթե հետեւյալ նշանները զգում եք, ուրեմն սկսեք այլ աշխատանք փնտրել, արդեն ժամանակն է։
Աշխատանքի գնալու միայն միտքը ձեզ սարսափեցնում է։
Բոլորս էլ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ չենք ցանկանում գնալ աշխատանքի, նյարդայնանում ենք մտքից, որ պետք է առավոտյան աշխատանքի գնանք։ Սակայն եթե ամեն օր հիշելիս, որ վաղն աշխատանքի եք, սարսափի մեջ եք ընկնում, ուրեմն փոփոխություններ մտցնելու ժամանակը վրա է հասել։

Եթե աշխատանքում հասել եք այն կետին, որից ավելի չեք կարողանա գնալ, ամեն օր աշխատանքն ավելի նույնանման է դառնում, պետք չէ տարիներով նույն տեղում մնալ։ Փոխեք աշխատանքը եւ այնպիսի աշխատանքի անցեք, որտեղ ավելի շատ առաջ գնալու հնարավորություն կունենաք։

Իհարկե, բոլորին էլ թվում է, որ ինքը ավելի արագ պետք է հաջողության հասնի։ Սակայն եթե օբյեկտիվորեն տեսնում եք, որ ձեր մասնագիտական հատկանիշներին համապատասխան առաջ չեք գնում, ձեր կարիերան դանդաղ է առաջ ընթանում, ուրեմն կրկին աշխատանքը փոխելու մասին մտածելու ժամանակն է։

Եթե ընկերությունը, որտեղ աշխատում եք, լավ վիճակում չէ, ստաբիլ չէ, ու չգիտեք, թե ինչ ապագա է սպասվում այդ ընկերությանը, փոխեք աշխատավայրը։ Դուք պետք է վաղվա օրվա վրա վստահ լինեք։

Աշխատավայրի լրջագույն խնդիրների վատ ղեկավար ունենալն է։ Եթե տեսնում եք, որ չեք կարողանում աշխատել ղեկավարի հետ, նրա հետ լեզու չեք գտնում, ու աշխատավայրում անընդհատ լարված եք, ավելի լավ է՝ նոր աշխատանք փնտրեք։ Աշխատանքը վատ է անդրադառնում ձեր առողջության ու անձնական կյանքի վրա։ Ոչ մի տեսակի բարձր աշխատավարձ այնքան չարժե, որպեսզի աշխատեք ձեր առողջության ու անձնական կյանքի հաշվին։
Եթե աշխատանքի հետեւանքով անընդհատ դեպրեսիայի մեջ եք ընկնում, անքնություն եք ունենում, գլխացավեր, այն ձեզ միայնակ է դարձրել, ժամանակ չունեք ընկերների ու սիրելիների համար, փոխեք աշխատանքը։
