Կոկա-կոլա. ի՞նչ ենք մենք իրականում խմում

Ի՞նչ գիտեք դուք այս հեղափոխական ըմպելիքի մասին: Կոկա-կոլան հայտնաբերվել է բժիշկ-դեղագործ Ջոն Փեմբերտոնի կողմից 1886թ.: Ջոնը հավատում էր, որ այս ըմպելիքը դեղ է, և քանի որ պատրաստված է կոկայի տերևներից, կարող է հանգստացնել ցավը: Սա կարելի է խելքին մոտ համարել, քանի որ կոկայի տերևները պարունակում են կոկաին (0.1-0.9%՝ կախված նրանից, թե ծովի մակերևույթից քանի մետր բարձրության վրա է աճում): Այսօր Կոկա-կոլան արտադրվում է առանց կոկաինի: Սակայն հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ «Կոկա-կոլա» ընկերությունն ամեն տարի դեռ 100 տ կոկայի տերևներ է ներկրում Պերուի ֆիրմաներից մեկից:
Կոկայի տերևներ ներկրելու համար հատուկ լիցենզիա է պետք: 1լ կոկա-կոլա արտադրելու համար 2լ ջուր է անհրաժեշտ: Հետաքրքիր փաստ է սակայն այն, որ տարիներ առաջ կոկա-կոլան մի նախագիծ է ձեռնարկել, որը կոչվել է «Պարզապես ոչ ասենք H2O-ին»: Դա տարածում էր այն գաղափարը, որ ջրի փոխարեն մարդիկ խմեն կոկա-կոլա: Ծրագրի հիմնական գաղափարը եղել է անվճար կոլա մատակարարել ռեստորաններին, որտեղ հաճախորդները խմելու ջուր են պատվիրում:
Միֆ են այն ասեկոսեները, թե կոկա-կոլան իրականում կանաչ է: Այն միշտ եղել է շագանակագույն գույնի: Ինչքան էլ մենք ատենք այս ըմպելիքը, չենք կարողանում դադարել այն խմել:
Ինչո՞ւ: Ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ մենք կախում ունենք ոչ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներից, որոնք կոֆեին ու մեծ քանակությամբ շաքար են պարունակում: Որո՞նք են կոկա-կոլայի բաղադրամասերը: Ըստ կոկա-կոլայի պիտակի՝ գազավորված ջուր, եղեգնաշաքար, կարամելի գույն, սննդի թթու (ֆոսֆորական թթու 338), «համային» բաղադրիչ և կոֆեին: Սակայն կա նաև մի գաղտնի բաղադրամաս, որը կոչվում է «Ապրանք 7X»:
Սրա նկարագրությունը պահպանվում է Ջորջիա նահանգի Ատլանտա քաղաքի անվտանգության պահոցում: Միայն մի քանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա գիտի, թե ինչ է թաքնված այս գաղտնի բաղադրիչում: Այստեղից էլ ծագում են հարցերը՝ ինչ ենք մենք իրականում խմում: Մենք գիտենք, որ կոլան բարձր թթվայնություն ունեցող ըմպելիք է՝ մեծ քանակությամբ շաքարով, որն էլ ծածկում է թթու համը:
Կոկա-կոլայի մեջ պարունակվող թթուն ֆոսֆորական թթու է, որը քայքայում է ատամները, մետաղը և մաշում է լյարդը: Իրականում կոկա-կոլան անմիջապես ձեզ չի սպանի: Այն կստիպի ձեր մարմնին հակվել դեպի շատ այլ հիվանդությունները, օրինակ՝ կալցիումի պակասը ֆոսֆորի բարձր մակարդակի պատճառով, քաղցկեղը, մեղմ դեպրեսիան, գրիպային զգացողությունները, ատամնային խնդիրները և հոգնածությունը:
